One of the best hotels located right in the heart of the city. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Mr Beqa is very hospitable and we would love to extend our gratitude for the service

Very Good spot, right in the center. Price is perfect, stuff very attentive and incredibly sweet. Stayed ther twice, and if I happen to be in Tbilisi will choose the place again. There is no vew, it is not an fancy fancy hotel ( though I have been in few in Tbilisi and those were the most horrible), but it is decorated beautifully, and breakfast is very, good... Georgian"momma bear" is cooking her kids breakfast. highly recommend!!!

I had a great stay at Irmisa Hotel. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the service was excellent. The breakfast was always delicious, and the location is perfect with shops within walking distance. Highly recommend!

The staff is very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Hotel rooms are in excellent with good linen. The property is located right in front of the Bus station and public transportation. The area is busy with traffic and people but the hotel is tucked away in quiet residential place and no noise. Breakfast options were good.

Had ants in my room. Noisy. No cleaning until requested. Asked for water which is said to be free of charge but receptionist denied. Couldn't pay with card and had to search for an ATM late night. The stay was not bad but anything else beyond that gave me trouble.

Very poor insulation of windows, I hear a dog barking and communication from the street.
Do not give slippers, shampoo and shower gel every day. They saw that I bought my own shampoo and decided that it was not worth it. Although paying for the day, this is included.
Breakfast is always the same, without variety. The sausages and omelet are cold, then the juice is over, then there is no deep plate (and I wanted cereals with milk ((Everything is too salty. The food is not tasty. Unfortunately.
Positive - nice people at the reception. They do not always understand Russian, but you can understand each other.
Nice and cozy interior.
