The place is cozy , relaxing, and great view from the balcony , no lift if u have a lot of luggage , far away from the metro, need to book taxi if you don’t have car , since lots of dogs outside., but if u want to relax and have a calm environment away from busy life, this is a good place.
Very nice view from the balcony especially on night time.
Breakfast 4/5 the lady is approachable also.

nice hotel with great park nearby. Best fresh air in the morning exercise. easy access to bus station. hotel provide great simple healthy breakfast. we love it definitely coming back again. staff been very helpful.

Good value for money. Welcoming staff and good services. Gave a bottle of wine as welcome drink. Have free wifi also. Calm and serene surroundings. The only drawback is location of the hotel. Its in the outskirts of city, and not a happening place. Infact we had to walk quite far to get some food from outside (there is fud in hotel bt we wanted to try local food too). Its on the way to Kazbegi, Mtshketa, Gori etc., so u can travel to these places avoiding the city traffic.

Stayed 5 days, they receive you with a bottle of excellent Georgian wine!!! The girls in lobby were amazing, all other workers on the resort were very kind and did their best trying to communicate since we didn't speak Georgian and they barely speak English. Food from the Hotel menu was awesome, breakfast included was superb, hotel is very close to US consulate/embassy, a little distant from Old Tbilisi, but taxis are inexpensive. Would definitely come back some day.
