Hotel Colosseo in Tbilisi

I made a booking using my Voyager Credit Card points. Before our arrival, I called the hotel to confirm if the reservation and payment is done. The guy who answered was not able to comprehend and I asked for another person who can speak English. He became agitated so I ended the call. I contacted my bank and was advised that it was confirmed. When we came, the receptionist said there was no reservation and also it was hard to communicate since she speaks little English.
Since we're tired from our flight, we decided to pay for our 3night stay (without breakfast) at 255GEL instead of looking elsewhere. we were given a room with twin beds. It was more of a transient than a hotel. Rooms were not cleaned during our stay. The only good thing is it's near the Metro and they let us keep our baggage when we check out at 12noon.

One of worst experience in my life I had there

The staff treated good and they had good knowledge of communication in English, the place of hotel is good and you can go to the most important places of city easily, however the facilities of hotel isn't satisfactory. For example there is no closet in rooms. Also there isn't any equipment that we can hang our clothes.
