Rudi Guest House in Batumi

We stayed at the guesthouse at the end of the season, in early October 2025. We had the most wonderful memories. Special thanks to the hosts, Soso, Shushana, and Rudi. They treated us like valued guests.
Soso is always available to answer any questions, and will help with advice on restaurants, excursions, places to stay, and logistics.
Special mention goes to the guesthouse itself: it's modern yet cozy. The room is clean, has everything you need, fresh, high-quality linens, and a well-equipped kitchen. There are outdoor and indoor (in case of rain) seating areas.
The house is conveniently located: just a few public transportation stops from the city beach and tourist attractions. The fish market and Bonni Market (food market) are nearby.
A perfect combination of a quiet getaway and walking distance to the bustling, vibrant city.

We stayed in early September. It's a lovely, quiet place, with warm-hearted hosts who are very welcoming and attentive to their guests, welcoming them as if they were truly special. Hospitality: This is the main advantage! The host family does everything to make you feel at home. They're always ready to help with advice, suggest directions, and offer tea or wine. They're very warm and sincere people. The atmosphere is pleasant and cozy, the grounds are well-kept, and there's plenty of space to sit in the evening. The room is clean and simple, but has everything you need: a comfortable bed, air conditioning, and a private bathroom. The care taken to maintain cleanliness is palpable.
We left feeling like we were staying with good friends. We definitely recommend this guesthouse to anyone who appreciates authenticity and a personal touch.

Good hotel, hospitable hosts, pleasant relaxing atmosphere, from the host Soso you can buy both soft drinks and beer on site, there is a cellar with homemade wines and national Georgian chacha, we had a great rest!!!

We had a great vacation with my family, everything was great, most importantly, it was very clean and cozy, thanks a lot to the staff. I want to especially thank Soso and Shushan for their hospitality. I recommend it.

Real Georgian hospitality of the hosts. You can go ahead without any travel plans! Rudi will organize everything worth seeing and eating in Georgia! Home atmosphere of the hotel and the possibility of ordering food on the spot at "mummy" :) 5 minutes walk to the beaches. You can easily get along in Russian and English.

I recommend to everyone! Excellent conditions, the sea across the road, everything is neat!
