We were absolutely delighted with our stay. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with cozy beds and perfectly hand-ironed linens (where else do you find that these days?). Breakfast was delicious, beautifully presented, and throughout the day there was always coffee, tea, and tasty sweets available.

But the true gem of this place is Bella and Seiran, the wonderful owners. Their warmth, care, and genuine hospitality made our stay unforgettable. They are extraordinary people, and we’re already planning to return—if only to spend more time with them.

Superb hospitality! A family own hotel which made us feel like home. It was so welcoming! Spotlessly clean, the common area and we stayed two nights in two different rooms (both had the views of the castle while house had only three rooms, so it was simple and quiet there), there was not an inch that wasn’t clean. The common area had coffee, tea, a machine for hot and cold water, glasses, cups and plates, it was very convenient and thoughtful of the owner. Exceptional breakfast, hot and fresh, wish we could eat more. One bottle of homemade wine was also complimentary. We also used taxi service from the house for a day trip. Our driver was the owner, and he is our best driver during this Georgia trip yet (trust me, if you get a good driver in Georgia, you are already ahead of the game on that day lol.) And the best part of all for customers was that for all of these services were in very affordable prices. One of our impressive stays of all. If we ever return to the town, we sure will swing this place again.

I highly recommend a stay at Hotel Julia. We were made to feel incredibly welcome right from the start, and the hosts are the kindest people I have ever met. We received a wonderful welcome, which immediately made us feel at home.
​The hotel is exceptionally clean, which you can see in every corner. A big plus is also the free access to water, coffee, and tea, which you can enjoy at any time. The location is also fantastic—it's a very short walk to the town, restaurants, and the castle.
​The icing on the cake was the very generous and delicious breakfast. There's something for everyone, and the quality of the food deserves the highest praise.

We stayed in this place two days ago and now we can understand why it has such excellent ratings. The hosts are exceptionally kind and generous people, and their hospitality was truly heartwarming. They made us feel like part of their family. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and warm, with incredibly comfortable beds – we slept wonderfully. The view to the castle is majestic and the breakfast was out of this world. Everything was simply perfect; there’s nothing more to say. Wonderful place to stay in Akhaltsikhe! The rooms are clean and comfortable and the location is perfect. But the best are the friendly owners that welcome you with open arms! I can recommend to everyone and I will certainly stay here again during my next visit!

Beautiful Hotel with a view on the Castle which is just a 5 minute walk. The hotel is runned by the nicest people ever. Nice big classic room with a good shower and working airco. In the morning the biggest breakfast I have ever seen. The hotel was named after the 12 year old daughter of the familie and she speaks english very good.
Right next to the hotel is a very small restaurant where you can have big diner.

Clean rooms. The most comfortable bed + pillow we've had this trip. Located 3 minutes walk from Akhaltsikhe Castle. Huge tasty fresh breakfast. Most important, incredibly friendly and welcoming owners. Highly recommended.
