Wow, I can't help but gush about this amazing hotel experience! The owners are the sweetest people I've ever met. We had a delightful chat over breakfast, and the hostess set the table with so much love and care. The hotel owner went above and beyond, giving us fantastic tips on the best route to take and the must-see attractions along the way.
As for the room, it was incredibly bright and warm, creating a cozy atmosphere that instantly made us feel at home. And can we talk about the bathroom? Heated floors! I mean, how luxurious is that? Staying here was an absolute delight, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. A+++ experience! 🌟

I highly recommend booking rooms here. A magnificent view of the Rabati fortress, combined with the hospitality of the hosts, creates exactly the atmosphere for which you will go on a trip. I would especially like to note the cleanliness of the rooms and the delicious breakfast.

Stayed here for one night. Good location, walking distance from the Rabat castle and a view of it from the parking lot. Probably the best place to take pics of the castle from !! Plenty of space for car parking. Good restaurants in walking distance. Room and bathroom were clean. The homemade breakfast is plenty full and flavorsome. The host and staff were helpful and friendly. Well priced , a good stay!

My 2-night stay in Akhaltsikhe was the best! Let me share why:
1. The hotel is really affordable compared to overpriced ones in the city, and the final price includes home-made breakfast too.
2. Breakfast: tasty and home-made, heartwarming the way it is served in the beautiful yard.
3. The yard: The BEST view in the city. Rabati Castle Gate right in front of you. Just sit there, enjoy your breakfast, love the view and be happy! In the evenings, it's simply splendid to watch Rabati Castle lit up while in the dark.
4. The host: super friendly, polite, helpful, kind-hearted person. She is amazing!
5. Huge private parking space and you don't have to worry where to find the spot in a crowded touristic area.

Excellent guesthouse. Very good breakfast. The rooms are kept at the perfect temperature. They are very nice and provide you with whatever you need, and the wifi is pretty good, enough for watching videos.

Very nice place with an incredible view on the fortress. Their prices are lower than comparable properties in the region. Rooms are big and the bathroom has all the good amenities needed. The breakfast is really good with excellent eggs and buns.

Nice place to stay for the view. Very close to the castle (concider that the entrance nearby works only as an exit, so you need to go a bit furher to get in) Breakfast was good. Kitchen in the room doesnot have any appliances except the tea pot and fridge, so it makes it a bit useless. But you can always can try to ask for cups or the knife i am sure. The room with the view can easily fit in 4-5 persons as they have double bed, single, sofa and foldable bed
