We had a wonderful time during our stay. The hotel is beautifully located in the center of Borjomi. The owners are incredibly friendly and accommodating. The breakfasts were delicious. The rooms are well designed and equipped with air conditioning.

Very bad Hotel at night time while we sleep we keep hearing strange noises coming from the AC.
And the toilet seat is broken also.
And flys all over our rooms.

Excellent ,clean and comfortable rooms,10- 15 minuts from Borjomi park by foot which gave us good apportunity to have wanderful morning walk every day , 5 minuts from Gogia Fortress.Markets ,banks and all necessary things around max in 5 minuts from guesthouse.Hightly recommend.

Maximum 20 min. on foot to the park. Polite hosts. Very clean rooms. From the second floor there is a beautiful view of the mountains.
5 min walk to the center, where you can find everything: supermarkets, pharmacies, bank branches and other amenities.
I advise!

Very hospitable owner and a cozy room,with the best shower. Also there was a nice plus - a small kitchenette

Neat hostel, for the price you pay not bad, has a kettle and dishes, and heater (no air conditioning). Very close to restaurants, a super market and the bus station is down the street.

Probably due to a shortage of rooms we slept in another building, it looked line we took the room of a local who moved to sleep in the living room during our stay. The worst point was the toilette, nobody of us has been brave enough to take a shower. Our worst experience during our stay, definitely overpriced fir the value provided, i.e. an hostel would have bern far better.
