It’s extremely central, walkable distance to every major bar or restaurant.
Hosts were super cute and attentive. We had 4-bed room and it was so spacious and bright.
People we met here made us wanna come back. Cheers to Saba - he’s the best host we’ve ever had.

Wouah. Saba is so nice. We booked a room for 4 persons, it was cheap, central, very cleaned with a little terrace to enjoy a bottle of wine. Everything is nearby. We will go back asap. Thank you again for everything :)!

Great place to stay in Kutaisi. Rooms are good, location very near the center of Kutaisi and Saba (the host) is very kind and attentive. Recommend 100%

1- the location is amazing
2- the rooms are cozy and clean
3- the owner is very nice and helpful, it was heavily snowing and he offered us a drive to the bus station. He also managed to give us a late check out due to the weather.
He was so helpful and responsive the entire time.

Absolutely Stunning place. In the heart of City. Cultural Heritage and beautiful neighborhood. The rooms are clean and calm, its a bit small but everything is there to feel comfy and chill. The most what i liked is a garden with beautiful decorations and view to Bagrati Cathedral . Thanks Hotel 1870!
