The hotel is overall fine. The service is excellent and the staff is attentive to guests' requests. Unfortunately, the food at breakfast is lacking and insufficient. The variety offered is very lacking. There was a specific problem where the pool did not work due to a malfunction and the management did everything in its power to get it back in operation. Personally for me, it was a great place. It’s very close to Kohta(up to 10 minutes)where you can skiing. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. Every day, they clean your room and give you a new bottles of water and even can give you a new towel, which is a very big plus. The food was not so tasty and diverse. Each day we had almost the same breakfast - scramble, some meat, and rice or buckwheat...

A perfect stay with relaxing spa experience. The room was comfortable and tidy with beautiful views, and the spa was the highlight. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. This is exellent hotel in winter at bakuriani, hotel have swiming pool and Finnish sauna. The hotel is newly built, the rooms are clean, comfortable and of a high standard with surprisingly large TVs and comfortable bed. I recommend you all !!!

A pleasant environment for leisure

we stayed there for a couple of nights and the experience was absolutely perfect. it's a very comfortable place and beautiful. it has a lot of facilities such a swimming pool, billiard room, conference hall, dining room, etc.

First time I stayed in Hotel Prima in October, I was a bit disappointed ( heating was not turned on ) but , in a mid season, January I worked out just great 😃 all the heating was working, and staff is super friendly

Lovely location next to ice rink, ski slope and many restaurants. Unfortunately as with most of our experience in BAKURIANI the hospitality was not so good. The rooms are not bad, super hot but the door is easily opened to let air in. The choice of food at breakfast isn’t good, isn’t terrible but don’t expect a great breakfast selection of hot food.

Stayed in apartments. So so hot! Even with radiators turned to off, it was still super hot in there. Needed to sleep with windows open. But apartment by itself is clean and fresh. Couldn’t understand roomservice schedule. Skipping for more than week, then came every second day 😄 Comparing to Georgia - can recomend

I stayed here with friends for a few days and it was great. The apartment was clean and well-heated. The surrounding mountains and forests offered plenty of great views and spots to go out and have fun in the snow.

Decided to stay in apartments of Orbi on the weekends with family. Special thanks to the reception desk and all staff who supported us. Please be attentive on building choice as Spa center is only in the first one. We stayed in the third one and had to walk in snowy weather to the pool.

Overall my 4-days staying here was OK however a bit spoiled by some details. First of all I was forced to wait over 2 hours to be accommodated (until 5 pm!) due to "room preparation" which is not really acceptable as the check-in time is 2pm. Exciting to go on a pilgrimage to the home of Borjomi spring water!! Beautiful area with views up to mountains, the nice small town and reasonably priced restaurants with good quality food and wine. Note, it's a bit of a walk in to the springs so clarify with local folks how far a walk in it is.
