However, the overall experience was below average. The staff were not very helpful, especially when we asked about activities and facilities such as the ski slopes and slides. Unfortunately, our questions were not properly answered, and we did not receive much assistance.
The room felt outdated, and the breakfast was below expectations. The breakfast area itself could definitely be improved.
The service was extremely disappointing, especially the staff. They were unfriendly and unhelpful, and it often felt like asking even a basic question was an inconvenience to them. The reception desk was particularly bad, with cold and dismissive responses that made us feel unwelcome.
There was a complete lack of responsiveness throughout the hotel, which made the overall experience frustrating. This is easily one of the worst hotels I have stayed in when it comes to service.
I will definitely not be coming back and would not recommend this hotel.
I also noticed that none of the rooms had air conditioning, so it's advisable to check the weather before booking, as the location is heavily dependent on it.
There was a smell of smoke coming from the balcony next to my room, and it seemed some guests were using it for smoking. This forced me to open the windows to ventilate the room.
The hotel's rules are very strict, and the fines are excessive. There's a fine for smoking in the room, as well as for checking out after 12:00 PM.
Overall, it was an average experience, and I hope the management improves their reception system.
The location of the villa is excellent, close to the cable car, and there is a supermarket very close, and the owner is a gentleman, and his dealings with us is very wonderful. I would like to thank him for his cooperation and services
