The receptionist and the manager do not treat guests and customers well at all. Several Australians and others left the hostel. They do not respect those who stay for a few days or months. They only care about money. They do not treat women and girls well in this hostel. They do not provide security. The receptionist and the manager do not care about this issue. The rooms and beds are full of insects and bedbugs. This causes illness.

Like other people said, you get what you paid for. If you have higher demands go some place else. If you want to save few bucks on acommodation this will do.

Killed 8 bed bugs in one night and woke up covered in itchy, painful bites. It's the third day and I'm still suffering. Tried to talk to the hotel, but they completely ignored me and offered no apology or compensation. Thankfully, I reported it to the platform, and they gave me some symbolic compensation. Staying at this hotel was an absolute nightmare!

Worst place I've ever been , so stinky and very less space, I can't even stay there for 1 hour, I booked another Airbnb

Make way! It stinks and isn't very clean. The manager is rude and doesn't care about customers. I've never seen anything like it anywhere else. Avoid this place.

Overall the environment was friendly…

Well to put it simply. It's in a good location, has decent enough facilities, and has private rooms. However there were numerous problems with the Admin, so I went to the Owner Nugo and that mostly solved it. Although the biggest problem with the Admin is how he treats people. There was more then one occasion I felt discriminated against as a tenant. I also saw similar things happening to other guests staying there. On one occasion the Admin had told everyone nobody can wash their undergarments and socks in the machine anymore. Fortunately the owner I guess found out and stopped it.
