Located in the heart of downtown, this is an excellent budget choice. Close to bus stop from airport and metro station. Lovely welcome by Zoey and Lela, who looked after me during my stay

The location is nice. You can walk everywhere. Always use a pedestrian crossing or underpass when crossing the road. The police are writing tickets.

The hotel accepts card payments, the staff is very nice and helpful and doesn't seem to do any weird staff with your reservation/taxes (I had several unpleasant experiences from big hotels asking me to cancel my reservation, I guess to save up on % or do shady things with taxes)

We stayed for almost 10 days here and the room was clean with a strong wifi connection. The staffs are helpful and friendly particularly Nika and Izo

Downtown There is a communicative and responsive staff, the administrators are also very attentive and detail-oriented, and they respond quickly

It is a very beautiful place and I really recommend you to visit downtown in old Tbilisi (Freedom Square). Good and beautiful, cozy environment

The terrace of Monoghraphy Freedom square is really beautiful. The perfect, panoramic Tbilisi view hits different. The location of the hotel is heart of Tbilisi. Dessert option is limitted but still worth to go

The transportation is very convenient and the room is quite big. We stayed on the third floor, which has a bar upstairs. On the first night, the music and the sound system resonated until 12:30 in the morning

There was a band singing at the entrance of the hotel, causing noise pollution until the early morning. It would be quite noisy if you lived on the first floor

Georgia is heaven, lets not talk about the country, but Ivani hotel is great. the location cannot be better, the pavements through the ways, feels like a movie, it is an expedition every where you wish to go

The rooms are furnished and decorated so beautifully. It's very clean, the view is stunning, and if you can, have breakfast - you will not regret it. It is delicious, fresh and high-quality

The landlord was very nice and upgraded the room for free. The front desk was very welcoming and took the initiative to pick us up downstairs, help us with our luggage and introduce the surrounding situation

The rooms were very clean and we felt very safe as the main gate and elevator were coded. The owner Linda was also very helpful anytime we called her and was very flexible regarding our stay

The hotel is good for its price, friendly administrator, spacious room. Of the minuses, there were noisy neighbors, and the hair dryer did not work. We decided not to go to breakfast.

This hotel is based in a very busy area - with lots of traffic - it’s fairly well priced and has lots of amenities around the place. It is also convenient for the mountains with a mini bus stop some 500 Metres away

The hotel also has a fantastic terrace where you can even order food late at night. It's also really close to the city center of Tbilisi

The only downsides are that communication in English can be difficult, so you'll need to have a translation app ready

Also, toiletries are only provided for the first day; if you need more, you'll have to ask at the front desk daily

There's no table to put it on, so even if you take off your clothes, you'll have to hang them There is no hanger to place the clothes on the carrier. I take it off to sleep and there is no table

A wonderful hotel with wonderful, welcoming receptionists, Manana and Krestina. The hostess is welcoming, kind, and caring. It felt like visiting close relatives

The dogs and cats are all well-fed, there are bowls of food and water everywhere on the streets, and they feed the animals

The food is delicious, and of course, the wine is excellent. And the locals are also very fond of animals

Their love for animals is a clear indicator of a kind, bright soul! We really hope to return again

For the price, it's a normal hotel, small and clean.

The room has everything you need: air conditioning, a refrigerator, a kettle, a TV, a hair dryer, slippers (and we took the smallest econom room!) Wi-Fi works stably, the speed is normal, it is clean, the linen and towel are snow-white, in front of the entrance there is a small courtyard covered with grapes, you can sit in the shade, we were greeted very warmly, the administrator Tamriko speaks Russian...

Nice prices and good service! The hotel is located right in the center of Tbilisi. Near many cafes, bakeries with homemade pastries, ATMs and subways! Very convenient location! Nearby there is a paid parking!
