The hotel's location is very convenient, right next to the Parliament building. It's up a small slope, so it's quiet. The room was spacious, and they provided water and basic toiletries. It was cleaned daily, and the front desk was always quick to address any issues. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but it was sufficient. You could order omelets and coffee, and I always left feeling full. It was...
Good hotel with comfortable rooms, a large and cozy bed, and an amazing bathroom. The small balcony was a nice touch, and the staff were friendly. You can also use the pool and sauna. The hotel has a convenient location, close to a shopping mall and the main street. I would definitely come back here again. Thank you.
I had an incredible stay at Shota@Rustaveli Boutique Hotel as a solo traveler blending work and leisure. The location is perfect—centrally situated in Tbilisi, just a short walk from the Tbilisi Opera and Ballet Theatre and the Georgian National Museum, making it ideal for exploring the city. The room was well-equipped with a comfortable desk that was perfect for getting work done. The service was...
The hotel is by the parliament and there’s protest daily but not noisy as other travelers said. Great for value.
The hotel is conveniently located to downtown and bus lines. There were a few small things wrong that the hotel tried to correct like room being too hot, water leaking from sink, no towels. Once it was all sorted, it was ok. We didn’t pay for breakfast as it was rather expensive so can’t comment on that.
Shota Rustavalli Boutique Hotel, Tbilisi, Georgia: The most luxe of our stay in our whirlwind, super-tiring travels through Azerbaijan, Armenia and Georgia, we were looking forward to well-deserved pampering here and daily warm bath tub soaks. I’m one for authentic reviews so here goes. The start of our stay was terrible. Water was cut off in this part of town - mind you, we were next to the Parliament...

This hotel was perfectly placed for our visit. We could easily walk to the metro, many eateries were close by, it was safe and easy to walk or ride from Liberty Square. The breakfasts were excellent. The staff was young and very courteous. Service was good, our room was cleaned daily, the elevator worked well and we had everything we needed.
Wonderful staff at the reception. Very professional, they communicate in English, very helpful , and go out of their way to make one feel at home. Two of them we came across was George and Nana…both were amazing. Housekeeping staff wonderful…our rooms were immaculately clean. Breakfast at the coffee shop was good. Gigi & Nika were exceptional. All staff we came across are a great asset to Makmani...
This is my second time staying at the hotel, and I cannot recommend it enough. The location is perfect for exploring the city and makes it very walkable to everywhere you’d like to go. The staff is very kind and accommodating. They will ensure that all of your needs are met. The breakfast has so many options and is always delicious. The restaurant on the property is also very nice and if you don’t...
Central location, basic accommodation but clean and had everything you need. Although the breakfast buffet was basic, the food was fresh and the staff happily prepared additional items for you such as porridge and avocado and egg on toast. The restaurant food was good. There was an outdoor terrace where we ate both breakfast and our evening meal. Whilst the waiting staff were attentive, the two...
It was truly one of the most amazing hotels I’ve ever been better are really comfortable clean room very nice and generous stuff good location, and beautifully furnished hotel also really enjoyed the restaurant as well highly recommend visiting ❤️❤️❤️
Very well-located hotel in the old town. It is located a five minute walk from Freedom Square and ten minutes from the Peace Bridge. The breakfast was excellent; there was a wide choice at the buffet and you could also order hot dishes such as omelette and shakshuka. We were allowed a late check-out due to our evening flight.

Everything was great. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming.
I've covered three nights in Tbilisi & my stay here in Brooch made my trip so smooth. Very quiet and cozy place to be during the winters. Great place for couples. Staff here are so welcoming, always at your service. I'm so fortunate to be hosted by Rashid, Turaan, Rezo, Christina, especially as a lady traveling solo. From the entrance to the rooms, they're all so well kept & neat. Cheers to the housekeeper...
I can't imagine getting to this hotel without a car; it's located very high up the mountain. We had our own car, and the streets are very narrow, everything is blocked by cars, it's very difficult to drive up the steep hill, and finding a parking spot is practically impossible. Now about the hotel itself: it's small; the view from the top floor is probably nice, but from the ground floor there isn...
Nice room 😍view, great terrace 😍but all rooms are different, my friends lived in another one, it was very damp, windy 🥺a cat walked on the balcony 😋 overall rating 4
I spent two nights under a canopy on the roof, and it was great. It's just a stunning view and a pleasant feeling to be not in an ordinary room, but in some unique one. There are some joints, but these are all small things. The location is also convenient and easy to find. If it is difficult to climb the mountain on foot after a hearty dinner, then Yandex taxi will help you, it is cheap, they will...
A great place to stay with a bit of character. The staff were so helpful and no request was beyond them. Breakfast was good each day and the location affords you proximity to most important sites. Affordable and memorable. We stayed approximately 6 nights. So I can say if you stay here you won't be disappointed

I want to thank lika was professional and helpful, the breakfast was nice and the room was clean
The room was very clean, and the sunny room on the 3rd floor had a view of the snow-capped mountains. The breakfast was plentiful, and the front desk staff were very friendly. I left my laptop bag at the front desk, and a staff member personally brought it up to me, which was commendable. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time!
Very cute and cosy stay in very calm & quite area of Tbilisi, rooms are bit smaller but quite pocket friendly. Hospitality is good!
We stayed at Timber Hotel, Georgia for 2 nights and had an amazing experience. The family room was spacious, calm, quiet, and exceptionally clean perfect for a relaxing stay. Friendly staff. Clean rooms and facilities. A great hotel. Had a very comfortable stay.
I very happy with my booking. Big room, nice desing, great service. It might be a little far from the center, on the other hand it is a quiet place and i appreciate it. The breakfast did not has the dishes i expected, but it was good and fresh. The whole place is clean and tidy, that was very imporatnt to me. Although Tbilisy has a lot of hotel, i will consider booking here again.
Very comfortable rooms, clean and spacey. Breakfast was amazing, lots of choices, very delicious and fresh. Staff was very helpful with planning my city itinerary. Very stylish building, location is also not bad. Would definitely stay here again. Located on a very narrow street, taxis have hard time coming and going sometimes. But walking distance to center.
The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Freedom Square. Also you can take buses or bolt. The rooms were very clean, though a bit small, and there was no minibar. Breakfast options were limited, but that didn’t take away from our overall enjoyment of the stay. There are 24-hour markets nearby, and while the area may look a little old and run-down at first, it’s actually safe — you can comfortably walk around...
This is a beautiful hotel, which is a new and very clean. I really like that. It’s so quiet. The location is not the best for me at least but the view is so beautiful. It can be very dark at night, especially if you’re coming late but there’s like a supermarket and a pharmacy in near to it. The rooms are clean they clean every day. The breakfast is so delicious with a lot of variety. Highly recommended...
Stayed here almost a week in room 205. Pluses: 1. Welcome drink at check-in - white wine - IMHO must have for all hotels in Georgia 😊 2. Fresh and stylish interior - liked this very much. 3. Very helpful personnel at reception - huge thanks to Sofia and Sandro who helped me with flowers delivery for my girlfriend. Minuses: 1. Great location. Walking distance from the center of Tbilisi. Great and professional staff, very clean hotel. Our family enjoyed the stay in Address Boutique Hotel.
When is a standard room not a standard room? This hotel has many floors, most rooms are classed as standard, but there is no comparison between a standard ground floor room (some are below ground level and have limited natural light) and upper floor rooms. Upper floors are bigger and a regular shape with good light and facilities, the ground floor has an aire of what can we jam in here, hence odd shapes...

Amazing hotel and an exceptional stay! The room was clean, tidy, and very comfortable. The hotel staff were wonderful – always available, polite, and highly professional. The location is excellent – close to shopping centers, public transportation, and everything you might need. I would definitely love to stay here again on my next visit! 🌟
Has their own parking lot, the pool is great, there is free chacha, employees are so kind and helpful, they have good manners, this hotel is such a family hotel, also this hotel is muslim friendly hotel, they warned us about every product that is haram. we hesitated at first but leaved with recommending our relatives.
The location of the Hotel is satisfactory, but you need vehicle to reach the city center. The rooms are also in a gut condition. The service of the staff - if they can speak English - is ok. Amazing place, fantastic location, very comfortable bedroom, nice breakfast, amazing staff, highly recommended! The hotel is very accessible and the staff is great they will welcome you and help with almost anything you need. Bottle of water were supplied, taxis were called, hospitality was always there!
The hotel is good, of course, there are traces of use in the decoration, but it was not critical. The location is excellent, everything you need is within walking distance. The staff is friendly, speaks Russian. Breakfast is a buffet, the main dishes did not change (eggs and sausages), but the additives changed, a lot of vegetables, sliced \u200b\u200bslices.
I had clean and comfortable stay , staff was attentive and responsive , requests were handled promptly .Location was convenient , central residential area with most necessities on walking distance. 24/7 market , coffee shops and cafes around the corner.
Good new hotel with new amenities and modern interior. Everything was good, except for the bathroom smell and issues with water temperature regulation, mentioned in other reviews.
Great hotel with a great location in the center of Georgia. Breakfast included, great view from the room. Nearby is the metro and many attractions.

Elia is a very caring woman and wants to ensure you have a good time in Georgia. I went in January when it was quite cold, but still the rooms were very cosy. The location is very peaceful and easily walkable to the town. The kitchen also has good amenities. My only problem was there were cats and I have a cat allergy, so make sure to get anti-allergy medication. very cos overall:)
Elia made me feel like i was part of a family i was feeling homesick before but after being here that went away
I enjoyed staying here so much, I came back a couple months latter. Elia and the place in genral is very nice and helpfull, she's very happy to tell you where to go for a day trip or dinner. This is the best hostel I've ever stayed in. The furnishings are incredibly well-thought-out, and the common areas are even more stylish than a trendy cafe. Hotel location is great, walkable to Rustaveli Avenue. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel room could be improved: The bathroom had a damp smell, the curtains have come off on a few hooks so the curtains don’t block out the daylight/sunlight. Rooms look a bit dated and could do with an update.
Perfection What truly made my stay memorable, however, was the incredible hospitality of the staff. Every interaction was a pleasure. Best of the Best This was perhaps the best hotel experience of our lives and we have visited all the continents and 70 different countries. It is a charming hotel with outstanding helpful staff. The ambiance is outstanding, food is excellent, and absolutely the quietest hotel we ever stayed in. We highly recommend Vinoyel!
Unforgettable stay at Vinotel! We enjoyed the cozy atmosphere along with the lovely piano music during breakfast. The unique antique decor added a charming touch to our room and to the hotel in general. Plus, due to an excellent location it was the perfect spot to explore Tbilisi.
It’s a lovely, historic property. Staff work very hard, it is clean and easy walking distance to Old Tbilisi and many tour pick up points. But because it is a small, private property, some of the fixtures are older and it’s not a sit around and relax sort of hotel. You have to plan things to get out and do.
This place is a treasure, and I'm so happy I booked it. The rooms are all uniquely decorated with unique and beautiful antiques, carpets, and artwork, and the lounge downstairs will be your new favourite place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. Excellent location and breakfast service. Rooms are small (per American standards)
Unfortunately, I had an emergency situation with my pregnancy and could not travel. I was disappointed that the the hotel did not respond to a request for a partial refund - even saying no would have been better than no response at all. I'd have been happy to stay here in the future, but as a result, I'll look for a different hotel when I do make it to Georgia.

The location is great, with a hot spring right outside. The room was compact, but the amenities and service were good. The service was also excellent, and the hotel agreed to cancel my subsequent booking due to my sleep issues...
Great room and breakfasts at Abanotubani. We had the second highest level of room, which meant we had a shared balcony. Two things would have made this stay even better: first, I would love it they would have an environmental option similar to "hang your towels = we will leave them be; towels on floor = please replace them." We had our towels replaced unnecessarily every day. Second, our shared balcony...
Excellent location of the hotel, the only downside is the location is very noisy under the windows. Poor breakfast, it is better to refuse it and eat outside the hotel. Nice and cosy hotel. We stayed for two nights in deluxe double room with balcony. The hotel is clean, breakfast is good, free parking available. The location of the hotel is very good, 5-7 minutes to the center, also there is bus station near.
The hotel has convenient parking and is a few minutes' walk from the Tbilisi Underground Printing Office. The room is next to the road and railway, so it is noisy at night.
On arrival, the room was not prepared, no towels, no toilet paper, no warm water, the curtain was half down!!! COULD change rooms (5:00 a.m.) Room cleaning was carried out upon request. Friendly and helpful staff.
I wish that I had the name of the guy on reception. He was amazing. He was friendly, helpful, informative and kind. Probably the hotel's greatest asset. Rooms were very clean and comfortable, breakfast was healthy and nutritious. The only negative was the distance from Tbilisi itself. Good hotel, very responsive owners, large and clean rooms, delicious breakfasts, I recommend

Great stay with super friendly host and overwhelming breakfast. Will go here again if I am in Tbilisi
I was happy stay in this hotel, they’re very clean and the hotel staff are polite. I found insects in my room, may be caused the hotel is old building but they’re not disturb. Unfortunately, I didn’t take any photo of the hotel so I put another Tbilisi photo
The hotel is located in a renovated old mansion. The room on the top floor has a glass ceiling, so you can stargaze. I'm not sure how it will be in the summer sun, though. The receptionist is a pleasant person. The room is simple, no frills – perfectly fine for a transit stay.
Hotel in old city, hotel small and unique, room clean and beautiful. Staff are kind and help alot. It has a rooftop to see all around tbilisi. Breakfast super delicious and many variations, i love the cookies so i took them all.
Everything is beautiful! Quiet, peaceful, cosy hotel! Excellent breakfasts prepared by the host. The hotel owner is very friendly. The terrace offers a beautiful view! I recommend this hotel
Clean, spacious and serves good breakfast. I'm a solo traveller but they serve good for two breakfasts. Walking distance to the metro station, market and group tours meet ups
