Great guesthouse (it is not really a hotel) in a lovely quiet location. The women who run it speak limited English but are very kind and prepare great breakfasts. On our last day we had to leave quite early so they made us a packed breakfast which was fantastic. The room was a bit on the small side but was perfect for what we needed.

Great service, the host cooked us breakfast and was very kind and talkative, location is great since it’s close to sightseeings and restaurants (I recommend the Khinkali Bar No1 and Kneina). Small rooms but clean.

The nicest people you’ll ever meet. Huge breakfast and great spot to stay, right in the middle of the old town. The view from the rooftop is amazing.

Very good location in the heart of old town, the only thing I would suggest to the owners is that they need to fix the showers. Besides that it’s good! The owner and the old lady are calm and are always there to help you

Very clean house, friendly owners, good location, but don't come here on weekends.. Very noisy area, clubs music shakes the room, couldn't sleep.

The owner was very kind and I had a pleasant stay. Their three dogs were so cute and friendly! The Indian people in the room next door were also very kind and I wish I could have spent more time with them. Thank you so much for seeing me off so carefully until the very end.

A wonderful stay, with welcoming hosts. The dogs are friendly. The air is fresh at night, and the area is quiet, calm, and cozy. You can lie on a sun lounger with a book or a cup of tea or coffee, or just watch the stars with a blanket. I recommend it ☺️

The Place is realy near the City Center, just a little Walk to all the history places in the City. The View from the Guest house to the City is realy nice. The Rooms are Clean and Comfortable. You can rest well in the rooms. The Owner of the Guest house is polite, friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay there during my vacation in Georgia.

We stayed from August 17th to 20th. The owner was very welcoming and customer-oriented. It has everything you need and more. It has a homey atmosphere, plenty of space, beautiful views, and a fully equipped kitchen. I recommend it to anyone who loves the old southern neighborhoods. The neighbors may be noisy, but that adds to the charm, like the local flora.

Great place to stay close to Tblisi City Center! Amazing view and runned by an amazing kind family! The rooms are extremely clean and spacious; the bathrooms as well. Close to restaurants, cafes, attractions and city center! Good communication!

We really liked it. There is everything for a good rest, a refrigerator, a kettle, air conditioning, a hair dryer, a TV, which we did not have time to use. The old town and all the popular attractions are nearby. We recommend it!

The location of this accommodation is absolutely perfect. A few steps from the center and free parking at ul. Pietra Kandlera. The location is on a quiet side street and you can get quite close by car to bring your luggage. Our room was really clean, tidy and recently renovated, so it was modern. Hospitable, helpful, warm and friendly

The best place to stay. I was there about 7 years ago and still remember the kind hosts: Grandpa Yura and Irina. Long live them.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Irena was very hospitable and provided great secure parking for my motorbike. She even washed my clothes that had for pretty grimy after the ride from England.

The hosts are welcoming, helpful, and friendly. They'll give you tips on where to go and where to sample Georgian cuisine. The rooms are clean and cozy. Shops and the metro are within walking distance. They also provided us with food and wine, which was a very nice touch. You can park your motorcycles in the courtyard, which makes things more peaceful. I'll definitely stay there again!

It's a quiet, pleasant area, 10 minutes from the metro, and grocery stores are also nearby. We stayed in a family room, which has a small kitchen with everything you need. The room itself is clean and pleasant. I'd also like to point out that the hostess is very pleasant and kind, always accommodating and engaging. I want to come back again and again!

I am happy with my stay at the Ramada. I really liked the hammam and the steam room, it was really relaxing. The room is clean, there are slippers, bath accessories, tea, coffee, water. I probably booked around New Year's, so it was quite expensive and not really worth the price I paid. However, the hotel room itself was decent, very spacious, and even had a balcony. The only downside is that the football field behind the hotel was very noisy at night, and the soundproofing wasn't great.

We spent in this hotel last 2 days of our trip. Amazing spa, good gym and room we had. The most important thing I want to share that this hotel has the best hospitality I’ve ever had in Tbilisi. If we needed smth they did it immediately. And in our last day we had 10 more hour before the flight and hotel allowed led to leave our luggage in storage. That’s a good point from their side.

Hotel itself was fine along with the breakfast. The spa was amazing, but I had 2 big problems with the hotel which is service and cleaning: 1. Cleaning: Rooms were not cleaned 3/12 days of the trip where we had to request multiple times those days to clean and sometimes it wasn't even cleaned properly as the room had multiple dead bugs on the floor, especially under the nightstands. 2. Lovely apartments. Everything is nearby like supermarkets, fruit/vegetable shops and mobile providers (I bought Magti), bus station. Owners are accommodating and honestly friendly. Ask them anything. The apartment I booked is at the top floor and has a jacuzzi in an open balcony. Highly recommended and is amazing to relax in after a long day.

I love this hotel. It's centrally located. The old streets are within walking distance of all the sights in the heart of Tbilisi. The price/quality ratio is a 5 out of 5.

Not expensive and close to the historic center

After checking all apartments in the city I decided to order this one just fits for any tourist who wants to be in the very centre of the old city. Amazing location, best prices, just absolutely perfect place to stay for anyone anytime. We stayed there for 5 days but would like to stay more and more!

The place is located in the city centre. Good position and for me it was a good company. The living space is large and rooms are with elevated beds. Place has a view of the Rustaveli Ave. When I was I found a nice cat in living very joyable and welcoming. Host is a nice person Deniz will greet you any time.

Conveniently located near city center and surrounded with cool bars... We were 3 motorcycle travelers and Deniz - the owner helped us with many things motorcycle-wise and further. Place is cosy, reasonably clean and entertainment is included. Enjoy your stay just as we did!

Really nice hostel! It’s really cozy and comfortable! The price is affordable and good location! This hostel seems like has a long story! There are two balconies where you can enjoy the night.

The only good thing for me about this place is that it is cheap. Rooms are high but there is small space. We had 3 beds in our room- one big and one two-story. Rooms are not so clean as well as the kitchen and bathrooms. You're not happy to go to bed as the bedsheets seem to be slightly dirty and stinky.
