Nice spacious apartment in the interesting Chugureti district, near metro station. Many restaurants & shops, walked to Fabrika Tbilisi, Dezerter Bazaar & the pedestrian-only section of Davit Aghmashenebeli Avenue with many restaurants. Private parking in the courtyard so didn't have to look for street parking.

Lively property close to many attractions and transportation

The apartment was excellent very spacious clean and great location. The are around the hotel however is very run down. This did not bother me at all but I can imagine it would not be acceptable to some people.

Extremely hospitable Family who runs the Hotel

We had a nice stay at this place. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped!! We arrived in Georgia with our bicycles and it was also a perfect place to park safely our bikes. The owner is also selling his own wine and we can also recommended it. Then you can enjoy it with your dinner on the roof top with a good view on the capital. Thank you for the welcome!

Good for family and budget It was amazing flat with one full bedroom and a half bedroom + sitting area with 2 big size sofas. It is good for family and budget. A tip to any new bookings: please get their number and call them about your arrival. It is bit difficult to identify the building from outside for new visitors. I would definitely recommend this property.

The hostel is located 2 km away from Freedom Square and close to the center. It has a nice co-working space and restaurant. The only thing I didn’t like is that they don’t have a basic kitchen where you can at least make hot water in winter 🙁. But overall it was a good vibe and deal.

Nice rooms. Lovely pool. Minus for the opening hours of the pool. They organise extremely loud parties that don't end until midnight. Not ideal for families. Some people in the staff were superfriendly, others were a bit rude.

We checked into our room late, around 1:00 a.m., with two children, ages 7 months and 3 years old, and we'd previously requested a crib. The travel agent booked us into a superior room with two children, forgetting to include another child. The crib turned out to be just a playpen without a mattress. I’ve never seen such an interesting, fascinating combination of traditional old house outside with such an interesting modern detailed interior inside. The breakfasts were tasty. Cosy patio. The staff was nice and quick to react. In short, it was pleasant to return to the hotel after walking around the city.

A good budget hotel. We stayed for four nights. Contactless check-in, very convenient. The room was clean. It's on the fourth floor. It has a TV with YouTube, air conditioning, a refrigerator, a kettle, dishes, and shower gel. No microwave. The soundproofing isn't great; you can hear it perfectly from the hallway, but you can hear loud conversations or noise from neighboring rooms.

I liked it very much. I didn't have to contact anyone when checking in, which was perfect for me. I called the hotel the day before to confirm my reservation, and they sent me instructions on how to check in on my own. There were no problems with that. We had a great time here in a great apartment. Definitely recommend you try this place. We came at 3am and there were two ladies waiting to show us the apartment and help us in. Great value, clean, the room we were in was brand new. It was quiet at night and we slept really well. The staff was so amazing and always there to help us with everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again and I recomend this hotel to everyone that is travelling to Georgia!

Excellent location, clean rooms, they were cleaned every day, the room is brand new, the employees and the manager are amazing! We put products in the hotel fridge and the manager got up at two in the morning to open the fridge for us before going home, I highly recommend the hotel!

This is my second family stay in this hotel. Of course It’s wonderful so we returned! Manager, receptionists and house keeping staffs are all excellent. The rooms (suites) are full of facilities: Big fridge, washing machine, ironing , microwave etc. The only negative point is its distance from down town that’s it!
