Very bad service. I asked about early check-in. They said to provide. And I asked what time it was and the hotel said they provide early check-in starting from 12 o'clock at night with a fee of 25 gel/5 hours. So I'm not worried about coming early. Because the plane is in the morning. But what I got was a hotel without a reception and when I contacted the hotel they answered sarcastically. I pay not ask for free. But the treatment is very inappropriate. Moreover, they themselves said they could come anytime.

Location was perfect, clean rooms seperated beds but common sink was Okay. For a low budget its Fine.

I arrived at 10:30 PM and there was no one to help, the location (Damm so hard to find ) on google maps going out was a pain in itself because I would always lose the way and it’s in the dark so it’s hard to really find although the location is super central but may be it’s me and it was my experience but I didn’t enjoy it at all. There was another guy staying from ukraine who scared me so much during the night that I had to ask for help. There was actually no one to assists so unsafe really. It will take me sometime to come out of that experience I have had there. There has to be some emergency contact or assistance available. The number giving on the booking doesn’t even attend the call - tried calling them for directions, for help but no answer.

The positive: the owners seem really nice and we did get the stay at a very low price. Also a very good location.
The negative: No aircondition; shared bathrooms that seem not too clean and dysfunctional (especially the showers), no information on what's included in the stay (there are common areas in the pictures I didn't find, and some lovely pictures of Georgian dishes but meals are not included... I think?); the basement which includes a kitchen is damp and smells bad so you don't really want to spend time there.
But if you're looking for something really cheap located central it's ok (not in the hot summer months though)

Quiet location even though it is close to old Tbilisi. The hotel is well maintained with a nice interior. The family running the hotel is super hospitable trying to make everything comfortable for the guests. I enjoyed the bath, and had a wonderful time.

Decent place, clean, friendly owner who speaks English and French. Warning if you book a double room with a private bathroom on Booking, it's actually a shared bathroom that other guests are using too.

Amazing place, you can not tell that you are in the center of the city. Beautiful veranda, garden and personal.
