We absolutely loved our stay at the hotel. The care we received was second to none, the restoration of the building was superb & the rooms fabulous. Comfortable, stylish & all round incredible. We cannot rate the hotel high enough.

Incredible, unique stay! It the middle with old Tbilisi, located on a hill and has a beautiful view of the city. The pool is 24/7 so we were able to take a midnight swim. Breakfast was simple but good. The communication with hotel staff was superb via Viber and phone calls. Check in was seamless. Would stay here again!

The property is beautifully decorated. It is around the attractions. The staircase near the hotel leads to Mother of Georgia Statue. The room was spacious and the bathroom was very beautiful. The breakfast was weirdly different but still good.

Bit of a nightmare to find and when we did eventually arrive, carrying two heavy cases up the steeps stairs was a mission, but what do you expect when you stay in a castle?! We were dissatisfied with our room assignments, as there was a stark contrast between what we paid and what we received. Due to the weekend, the staff couldn't do much to address our concerns. Additionally, the entrance and lobby had an unpleasant odor from the carpet. In summary, our stay was below average, with the only positive being the location. Unfortunately, this hotel isn't worth the price

I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is unbeatable, truly the best feature of our experience. However, the breakfasts were disappointing, offering the same items every day. On a positive note, the design and atmosphere of the hotel were impressive, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Be aware that it can be noisy.

We stayed in rooms 205 and 211, both of which were comfortable with great A/C that allowed us to sleep soundly after being out in the heat. While the breakfast could have been better, the restaurant downstairs serves good food. I think tge restaurant name is adore. Walking distance to most of the attractions.

Great and helpful staff, pcr tester was brought to hotel which was so convenient, front side hotel rooms r very noisy due to street noise so take a room in the back. One of the best apps for taxi in Tbilisi Georgia. I took many trips and never ever had a problem. The only one small issue is that some drivers can't speak at all. But all in all I am very happy and will always use this app.

Really nice hotel. We got the top floor, 2 floors room, but the wifi didn't reach the second floor. The view was very nice from the window. The food in the breakfast was lacking but enough to not starve. To get to the hotel we need to go up the mountain a little and the uphill walk was hard. Also, there is no elevator and to get to the room, you need to walk up a lot of stairs.

We stayed here two time, for the total duration of 1.5 weeks. in two different rooms. 2 adults + 2 children. The place is very interesting and super cozy. Good location not in Old City but easy Bolt ride. simple check large rooms with front desk and bellman. Daily full breakfast offered in room. Water and coffee in room. Rooms slightly dated decor and rooms walls could use cleaning or paint. Lobby nice old world look. but this trip Top floor restaurant is gone with beatiful views of Tbilisi and so is the lobby bar. its unfortunately on the decline...

The hotel is nice, the staff is great, but it's quite noisy due to the location. I had trouble sleeping on the first night, but I believe you'll acclimate to the noise, especially after a long day of touring.

Excellent hotel, the main advantage is the location near the sulfur baths, close to popular restaurants and departure points for tourist excursions. The breakfast is European, hearty, varied. The hotel staff is responsive, they helped us with a corkscrew and an iron. By the standards of neighboring hotels and the room stock of Tbilisi - a good value for money.

The place has an amazing location that is walking distance from the major attractions in the city. Hotel is clean and good. Bathroom was a bit worn out and the room that we got was facing backwards wich had a constant A/C machinery noise. Despite that its a very good value to money.
