Villa Vera Hotel in Tbilisi

Although the reservation said that parking service was available, when we asked the staff, they said we could park on the street but might have problems if we parked in front of houses. However, the entire street was full of houses, so we could not find any place to park. When we asked for help, they said they could not assist us.

The staff were indifferent. One employee was sleeping on the sofa at night and did not wake up when we called out. The breakfast was average. Even though I booked a Super Deluxe room, the room was small.

There was only one bathrobe even though we were two people. There was a disturbing bad smell coming from the bathroom drain. Water was leaking from the toilet bidet hose and the whole bathroom got wet. The shower towels were small, and the bathrobe was very thin, like a bedsheet.

Housekeeping came while we were in the room. We asked them to come back after we left, but they never returned. The next day, we left early so we would not miss housekeeping, but they only left bottled water and new towels. Nothing else was cleaned, and the used towels were not taken away.
