I suggest to all of you to review rasist response of hotel management. Very dirty room, unacceptable staff behaviour. Unbelievable that we are still dealing with these kind of people. don't even think to get close to this hotel.

It's the worst hotel I've ever been in, the service is bad, the people are not kind, just don't go there if you don't want to suffer.The food is bad for their beds broken, liquid in the ceiling, old structure with bad smells.

Georgia is my favorite country. I've been there five times and stayed in many places, but I've never encountered the kind of treatment I experienced at this hotel. We checked into this hotel on September 15, 2025, having previously arranged a four-night stay. The hotel is located on a hill, on a narrow street, and I had difficulty parking the car. Children were playing around the car with a ball, constantly hitting it, which set off my alarm. The rooms were old, the wardrobe wouldn't open, the shelf in the shower was broken, and there was hair on the floor in the room and shower, probably from the previous occupants. Since we're fastidious and like things clean, we decided to spend the night, pay for one night, and look for another hotel. We told the owners about this. And then it all started... They demanded payment for all four nights, even though we hadn't even stayed a single night. The host's son started threatening me over the phone, saying he'd come and deal with me. The host and hostess, both elderly, began insulting me, saying all Russians were dishonest. After 10 minutes of insults, the host demanded payment for one night and told us to get out of the hotel. Realizing we were staying with incompetent people, we paid the money, even though we hadn't even stayed a single hour, and at midnight, we found ourselves on the street in a foreign country. We barely found a hotel where we could spend the night. These are the unpleasant impressions I have of "Georgian" hospitality.

scamming owners, disgusting behavoir Booked the room on ******* around 4pm arrived at 10pm. Upon walking up a steep hill with heavy luggage me and my girlfriend reached the hotel. On arrival we were told that the currency we booked the hotel for was wrong and all of a sudden we were supposed to pay 60$ instead of 60 Lari which is triple the booked price. I told the owner it's not in our budget on which he replied that we have to find another hostel because our budget is for a "different category" and we cannot expect to stay in his hotel for the booked price. Another guest complained about the same problem and he already stayed 1 night before and paid triple the price so plenty of time to change the currency if it's a mistake. Not even a message after our reservation to let us know about the price change. After I told him that we are not paying 60$ and it's his responsibility to publish the right prices he got aggressive, loud, called me disrespectful, and said we should fu*k off his hotel. After we left the hotel the mother came to us to negotiate a new price which wasn't still the original one after being told to fu*k off is the icing on the cake. Found a very nice room for our original budget nearby quickly Dishonest, rude people, try to lure you in the hotel to rip you off
