Good value for money, not far from MSC cruise terminal
My wife and I checked into the hotel on September 23, 2018. We were scheduled to stay one night because we were scheduled to board the Norwegian Breakaway cruise ship on September 24 ,2018 at the Warnemunde port. We walked to the cruise terminal and were informed the ship was leaving Copenhagen on September 24, 2018 at 2 pm and not stopping at Warnemunde due to bad weather.The receptionist at the hotel and I apologize for not remembering her name, helped us obtain a Flixbus ticket online so we could travel from Rostock bus station to Copenhagen.The bus would leave Rostock at 2:20 am, Sunday September 24 ,2018 and arrive at the Copenhagen bus station. We took the train back to Rostock and waited at the bus station for 5 hours for the 2:20 am bus.We arrived at the Copenhagen bus station at 9 am on September 24 and took a taxi to the cruise terminal. We boarded the ship in Copenhagen on time. This kind young lady saved our cruise and we will always be grateful to her.

The one star is for the rather large rooms, which is nice. But except for that this hotel is not worth the high prices they ask. The staff is not easy to reach, if they are around they hide and they don't speak English, but after 8 in the evening they are not around anyway. The linen was quire wornout, the wifi is NOT working, and the breakfast is not worth 11 (!!) euros, and no elevator. I happened to forget something in my room after checking out, and I did not receive any notification and no reply to my e-mail. Luckily I was still in Warnemünde and could go by to ask and pick it up. I have been waiting for 30 minutes and saw several lunchguests for the restaurant leaving because there was no one welcoming them. In the end I just went behind the curtains and had to shout hello before someone was turning up. Really the worst hotel I have ever visited and also one of the most expensive hotels. Don't go here!
Old hotel needs redecoration. Old smelly furniture, unfriendly staff. I was forced to pay in the middle of my stay. Extra charge for my service dog against agreement at check-in. Will definitely not stay there again.
