A beautiful hotel, but lifts not really working, work on the property started at 7.30am and there was no shower gel.

Breakfast was good and the ambiance of the place is also very nice. I think they were having renovations, so once these are complete it will be very nice.

I had an amazing stay, rooms are very clean with airconditioning. Breakfast was perfect, very much choice. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Very good corona rules, like gloves for breakfast and much desinfect locations in the hotel. 10/10

Lost some of its grandeur, but still a lovely and beautiful hotel. The larger part of the guests are 70 and up, so if you're in for a quiet and pleasant stay in a wonderful surrounding, this the perfect place!

We went to the Steigenberger Hotel for a family breakfast. I don't even know where to start... the staff didn't speak much german neither english, so they didn't understand us. The breakfast room haven't seen a renovation since probably 100 years but it has so much potential, that really is a shame! The breakfast dishes were okey but a modern hotel breakfast is quite different. I wouldn't go back there for that price.
