One of the best places we have stayed in towns in Germany.
This is located in city centre. We stayed here during December and Christmas market is in Front of the hotel.
Check in time is 3 pm but we reached early and the receptionist did help to get the room 30 mins early.
The lobby has good sofas to sit and wait. The room was spacious and clean. Only one point to note that we could hear people talking outside at night and any noise in the street could be heard inside.
The Breakfast was fantastic. Good for vegetarian/ egg eating people and non vegetarian.
Good choice of breads, cheese, veggies scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, fruits.
All the staff at the hotel was helpful.
Overall very good experience and value for money.

Nice hotel, centrally located. Very good breakfast. Eisenach is really cute! And the Wartburg was great!

Great breakfast, nice room, great location next to main square and Luther House, free wifi. I enjoyed my stay.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! The receptionist took the extra time to carry my luggage to my room. Although the furniture in the room feel slightly dated, the shower head was great and had excellent pressure. The breakfast was 9.5euros, but it was well worth the price. There was an excellent selection of German meats, cheeses, breads, and other breakfast essentials. The only improvement they can make is that sometimes the receptionist is not at the front desk and needs to be paged with the front desk phone. Other than that, this hotel provides excellent servicebrrakfast buffet, and decent living space. I would recommend it
