The cleanliness and the rooms are okay. Unfortunately, the good points end there.
The hotel is in the industrial zone and quite far from the center, it is incomprehensible why you have to pay extra for parking.
There were people with dogs, which I'm generally okay with. But I don't think it's acceptable for dogs to be allowed in the dining area during breakfast.Besides people with allergies, there are actually still people who don't like to eat their breakfast with dog hair on top.Neither the dog owners nor the staff care about it.
The ad said that our room would have a shower or a bathtub. We asked for a room with a bathtub, but we didn't get one. We got a room with a shower, by the way there is no heating in the bathroom. Only a lamp with heating, which for me is not enough.
We definitely do not recommend this hotel.
Modern interior with nice Penta lounge.
Drinks overpriced.
Rooms not well isolated.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was not opened when we arrived, but the receptionist gave us a booklet containing info on all restaurant nearby.
Rooms are good. The standard room lacks a/c and a fridge, but as far as I understood pricier rooms do offer those. We made use of a standard room for our stopover.
The bar has a decent selection of beers, wines and cocktails en a spacious and comfortable setting with plenty of tables.
Will definitely make use Pentahotel Eisenach again if we are around.
We will def stay again , when we are back in Germany! Super centric as well, so you can stop by on a long drive !
Wonderful stay at Penta Hotel. Will definitely stay again when we are in the area. Beautiful location with a view. Very comfortable and clean room. The breakfast in the mornings were great. Very large selection and variety. We will be looking for Penta hotels when we travel to Europe again.
