The rooms were rarely cleaned, and when they were, the cleaning was inadequate.
The breakfast was also of poor quality. When I attempted to cancel the remaining breakfasts for the week, the hotel staff refused to provide a refund or allow me to exchange them for dinners. In today's business environment, where many companies offer lifetime refunds, it is surprising that a refund of 60 euros was not possible.

The room we had was quite old school but decent for the price. Bathrobes were provided but there is no kettle in the room. Staff are friendly and helpful. Noted that the front desk is only open until 6pm.
The sauna and swimming pool is in the other building (Klinik Hohenfreudenstadt) which requires a short uphill walk. They are not open all the time and the sauna has male and female only days so do check before you go. Most info are provided only in German.

Personal is so rude that we left ahead of time. There rating is so abusive, it’s a shame for the German hotel system.
