We spent three nights with family in this hotel. I agree with previous reviews that the hotel is of a certain age. However, it is clean, with good sized rooms, a good bath (shower) room and the balcony was lovely to catch some late afternoon sun. The pool was refreshing. The food choice is a little limited but we never went hungry. The hotel is visited by mainly middle aged and older people. There aren’t enough parking spaces directly at the hotel, but parking in the neighbouring residential area is not a problem. We had some excellent massages in the hotel. All in all we really enjoyed our time at the hotel and it was good value for money.

Hotel is located 1500 meters from the center and therefore a long walk there and back. Hotel has some overdue maintenance on the outside. Rooms are sufficiently large and have reasonable sanitary facilities. Unfortunately the beds are not that good anymore and so we had 3 bad nights. There is a super large garden around the hotel, which provides peace and quiet. Breakfast is fine with sufficient choice. Staff is friendly and helpful. Didn't use the swimming pool, sauna and other facilities, but they seem to be very good.

Good welcome despite the fact that we do not know how to speak German. Fortunately there was Google to help us understand. Quality price Listening to the customer. Great relaxation area Quiet Great bowling alley but could be renovated.

The staff gets 10 points, the hotel is underground. The rooms, the bathroom really don't work anymore. This hotel desperately needs a total renovation inside and out. The outdoor pool was closed for renovations in the summer and the indoor pool was very dirty. The tiles are slimy and the showers aren't clean either.

Beautiful hotel complex, in the I felt completely at ease.
Had booked half Board and me every Morning on a rich buffet with lots of fruits / cereals / yogurts / Quark / back / spreads / eggs, etc. nice to meet you. In the evening there was also always a super selection of dishes - including vegetarian and fish.
The rooms were serviced every day and were very comfortable. The bathroom was clean.
To my excitement, a swimming Pool on the complex, a mini Golf course and a Volleyball - and football field. A Sauna is also available.
The way into the city centre takes by foot about 10-15 minutes. The location is still ideal as a base for black forest hikes. Recommended here the decreased stream-water cases, as well as the associated lake.
Would be happy to stay here again for a weekend! Thank you for the good Service!

Had booked the trip at short notice on travel.... when we got there and checked in, we were left only once. We got no information. The rooms were completely Okay. The food was versatile and sufficiently available. As regards the staff, we are more than disappointed! When we asked, whether we a the black forest, plus Ticket are entitled to... we came up with the very lackadaisical and arrogant Young lady on reception very defiantly. We had only booked a cheap provider( a sardonic Smile)

We have booked the Hotel for a business trip. As we told got us once, that we can't Park our car vir the Hotel, but somewhere 5 minutes away in a side street. Class! Then we were told about 4x the Buffet is soon all and makes the "Wellness" area of 21.30, although it was only 18.50. The Buffet was the worst food I've ever had. There were 5 hot dishes: cold Haxe, mushy hash Browns, Sauerkraut, dumplings are the only brown flour, canned mushrooms were and sour. It was a muddy old salad and green potato salad. It is disgusting but it was good luck came in only 18€ ;-))) ! The first drink we got after 30 min, and the tables were not, in principle, cleared. At the pool, all of the light switch loose contacts, and we swam in the dark. The floor of the Pool was dirty. This still was not enough...in the room it smelled then charred and I had to hot a crumbled cooking plug on the cable from the wall.

Well located.. You should hire a Competent Person for Everything . Is the operation of a Training for Foreign workers??? . Very bad German . There Is No Organization . The room may not be clean .
We were four of us for 6 days , 3 times table, nobody looked through .
for a 4 star Hotel very poor . Car Parking is very bad .
Wi-Fi was turned off after 3 days . Only very good the railway map , the cone map . Not to Recommend it .
