Seated with 6 people at the bar, we were asked at 10:45 p.m. to place our last order even though we all had a drink, so: I asked what to do with this last drink? answer: you can take it to your room The rest rooms (spa, sauna) are occupied all day by people from outside the hotel and hotel guests (much higher rate) find themselves sitting on a bench waiting for a place. Meals in general lack a little lightness. The bed mattress was as hard as concrete. The staff is smiling and professional. Perfect swimming pool, sauna, etc. It's a shame that there are many details that ultimately leave us with bad memories and I think that if the management was more omnipresent and closer to the customers by ensuring that there was a friendly and friendly atmosphere that would change a lot. We have stayed there several times, each time we hope for better, unfortunately

Our room smells of fake wood, the flower boxes on the balcony have completely died since the fall, our radiator in the very small bathroom (room for one person) is well blistered and rusty, for still 150 euros per person and per night. We had to fight to have our Credit Agricole bank card accepted, it seems to us that the receptionist was ordered to refuse it on the pretext that it is a credit card, (paying in cash saves them bank charges ) this is not the first time that we have had this reaction in Germany and it is a shame........
