Comfortable hotel in a smaller charming city. Beautiful area, clean and friendly
We came to this hotel for their stated fitness center amenities advertised on this google listing. The staff were surprised when I asked where it was - there isn't a fitness center, there never has been a fitness center. Just false advertising.
When the pillows were lumpy, my partner asked for two new ones. He was told they didn't have any - despite the hotel being mostly empty - and we were given TOWELS to use as pillows.
The other comments here are quite true - trains so loud you can barely sleep, outdated decor, tricky parking, etc. I take these as my fault for not reading the comments in detail first. However, my 1 star review comes from the completely preventable issues above.
