We really loved this place. Excellent breakfast and dinner, close to the station and only a short walk from the Titisee. But what is really outstanding? The service. It is very rare to be taken care of so well by a very skilled team. Always having a smile and willing to go the extra mile for the quests. Really excellent

We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and it was truly fantastic! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive from start to finish, making us feel well taken care of. We opted for the five-course menu, and every dish was not only absolutely delicious but also beautifully presented. A wonderful dining experience that we’ll remember!

We went to Titisee on a recommendation as we parked our motorbike we were looking for a spot of lunch we walked over to your hotel didn’t see anyone as we were walking away a lady came out and invited us in .We asked her did they do soup they did the soup of the day was asparagus it was without a doubt the most delicious soup we had tasted they were so welcoming to us we looked a bit untidy .The service was exceptional.We wanted to thank you for your hospitality on that day which was 22 may although it was a dull day there and we came a long way you made our day so thank you L Augusti

Although I arrived a little before the official check-in, I was able to move into my room. Like the rest of the hotel, it was modern. The room was also large and equipped with a Nespresso machine, tea maker and tea, and a large free bottle of water. Housekeeping was always thorough. However, when I arrived, a dirty cloth was left in the room, but after I complained, it was removed immediately. The quality of lunch was good, and the desserts/cakes were very good. The evening meal was very good, as were the drinks. Although the service staff were professionals, some of the employees were a little rude. There were also obvious problems in the evenings with the service staff communicating with each other. One evening, the food was served before the drinks, another evening, an employee asked if a break between courses was required, which I said yes to. 2 minutes later, another employee asked if the meal could continue, etc. This problem affected not only my table, but also neighboring tables. The breakfast buffet was fine. As far as egg dishes are concerned, there were boiled eggs and scrambled eggs every day, and occasionally fried eggs. Other egg dishes could have been ordered for an additional fee. The spa area was well maintained. There was free water and tea. It was only a bit crowded and cramped at the weekend.

Incredible hotel! Restaurant was very good and the service was elegant--perfect for a special occasion. Standard room was modern and had a nice balcony. Sauna and pool were small but clean. The private spa was truly a luxurious experience. Location was great for the train. This place was an amazing base for us to ski/snowboard in the surrounding areas.

From the moment you step inside you are welcomed into their friendly, professional non pretentious world. Fantastic team ready to give a most relaxing enjoyable stay. They seem to be able to read your mind allowing you to really switch off and relax.
Great menu choice which is aimed at little food waste.
Wellness great and we had the pleasure of a massage which was top and adds to the relaxing feel.
