We were disappointed that the room was so cramped - based on the room area on the web site saying it was 18 square metres and our experience of other rooms that size, it seemed much smaller than that.
Lovely hotel in the heart of Konstanz, very convenient for the old town, lake, station and ferries. The staff were really friendly and helpful.
Great little place right in the heart of old town, but somehow very quiet. Staff were great (Janna & Kamala), very friendly and accommodating. They both also spoke English, sparing themselves my horrible German. The room was small, which was expected as the building is like 500 years old! I stayed three very pleasant days.. I definitely recommend!
