Fantastic location on the lakeside. Charming garden to enjoy copious breakfast. Amazing collection of artefacts in the house from around the world.

Decent food, but the service is terrible. I was waiting for nearly 30 minutes before anyone came to us to offer us menus. Then it was a further 10 minutes before the menus came. Eventually, I just gave up and ordered and paid for everything in the kitchen.

In the best location of Konstanz on the lake route from Konstanz, the Restaurant is located Barleben to the relevant Hotel. As a native of Constance, and living in the neighborhood I wanted to treat my wife to a night in the Local. In the case of the Tischauswshl us means that the better tables were reserved towards the lake, all for hotel guests. At a table further back we vescheucht also because it is also reserved for hotel guests. The ordered bottle of wine was then by the unpofessionellen, Amateur gives operation without a sample immediately, the food was served, the price is in the upper class but unloving, the flavor is perfect, creative garnish, no operation even though the restaurant was 2/3 empty. No fish Cutlery for the ordered fish. The reserved seats, and of course, we were scared off of them stayed the entire night blank. Overall, a Disapointment! We felt, in spite of the proud price as a guest 2. Class. Definitely not a good place. We will not go there!

Friendly staff and beautiful view from a Beach chair on the lake. Actually, only reserved for hotel guests, but two more beach chairs were free, we were allowed to remain seated.

Wonderful Boutique Hotel on the lake. We have spent here 3 wonderful days in August. The Breakfast in the garden is a blast.

Hotel itself situated in a beautiful location. Very charming, unique and comfortable, it has a total of 9 rooms. It’s possible that you’ll get sort of bed&breakfast vibe while staying there.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was very clean.
NOTE: There are MANY taxidermic animals through the Villa (birds, leopard, ....), so I personally believe that a person who is a vegan and/or anyone who is in favor of animal rights wouldn’t feel pleasant if staying there.
I wasn’t bothered with it. It suited decoration.
