Everything here is precious, welcoming, beautiful, and pleasant: the rooms, the atmosphere, the food, the drinks, the staff, and the team that makes everything possible. You wouldn't expect any of this if you encounter a single road through potholes and past sleepy old houses, only partially beautifully renovated. But it is. Our wedding was perfect, thanks to the wonderful location and the first-class team. Thank you!

You must have given a very good address. The restaurant is excellent. Excellent quality and friendly service. Highly recommended.

We went there for dinner in June and was seated outdoors. The service was good however I felt our waiter was a bit overwhelmed since it was busy. The appetizer was really yummy „ Spaghettini“, my main dish „Wolfsbarschfilet“ was ok nothing to write home about. My husband was full and could not eat his main dish we asked to have it to go when we checked the bag at our residence we were shocked to find his dish „ lambshank with polenta “ tossed into a sealed plastic bag very unappetizing. No box, nothing . I would recommend the restaurant to get some proper to go boxes.

very nice location and perfect room accomodation, the room was a beautiful ambiance and very large and comfortable the restaurant is also very nice and fine food, the service was excellent, very helpful waiter.

This review is for the restaurant only. From the pleasant welcome to the wonderful evening, there was nothing to complain about. The food was delicious, the menu items were well-coordinated, and there was a good wine list. The cinema was excellent, definitely worth a visit.

Wunderbar! My 2 colleagues from work had a wonderful time in this great hotel. All staff was very friendly and helpfull, the hotel and the rooms are gorgeous, dinner and breakfast were excellent. We surely would recommend this hotel if you want to visit Heidelberg. Extra thanks to Sonja and Sabrina from the reception desk who were assisting for the booking and organisation of this trip. We had an amazing meal, eating deer saddle, delicious salads and soups. Very nice ambience and atmosphere.

What a lovely farm-like atmosphere. The staff was super friendly and garden/courtyard was very warm and cozy. There was a bit of a fly issue but other than that it was quite charming.
