Spacious and clean rooms in a pleasant location. Be sure to book breakfast in advance, otherwise the prices are exorbitant. I accidentally spilled my whisky (4 cl) at the bar, and the bartender just did a cleanup. I would have expected a small gesture from the bartender and have at least half of the glass refilled (2 cl). That just did not happen. If you're looking for a comfortable hotel, this is a good place for you. If you're looking for a hotel that values its guests, have a look elsewhere or don't spill your drink.

nice place, well set up, and free extras
Located in the old town of Durlach, we had free parking on the street every night, right near the hotel. I've never been in a hotel where everything in the mini bar is complimentary ! Beer, water, soda, coffee, was free of charge, Prima! if you choose to decline housekeeping, they give you a 5 Euro gift card each day to spend at the bar. Nice touch. I did have to ask for a second blanket as the one in room was rather small. other than that, nice place, very Quiet, clean, and staff helped us find excursions.
