My husband and I spent three nights here for our honeymoon, and it was far below the standard expected from a 5-star hotel. No proper information at check-in, the wellness facilities were poorly managed. We couldn’t book any treatments, staff were rude and unhelpful, lockers were unsecured, and the saunas started shutting down before the advertised closing time.
For £1,176, the hotel felt outdated, understaffed, and not worth the price. Sadly, we would not return or recommend this hotel.
