We chose a room with a lake view and were rewarded every morning with stunning views of the lake and the Alps beyond. Comfortable room, lovely staff, excellent breakfast; I wouldn't hesitate to recommend a stay here.

We only went to the terrace restaurant for lunch in the afternoon. The waiter took over fifteen minutes to attend to us and take our order. I got the feeling that we weren't welcome to the terrace restaurant. The meals were good but average. When I requested the invoice for payment. The waiter told me that he was having a break. It took over twenty minutes for the waiter to attend to us to pay for our meal. Even though he attended guests at the table next to us. The location is fantastic. The actual hotel looks great. But I won't be returning to the restaurant again. This was my first visit to Lindau. The service provided at the restaurant wasn't inspiring. Next time I will go elsewhere. Where to staff are happy to serve you.

A little old fashioned in decor and feel. Baffling layout to find the pool - no mention in room literature - as its the hotels with adjoining corridors, but seemingly separate.

I was interested in hiking in Bregenz. A short stopover while I make my way to Munich.
I looked on the map and saw Lindau Incel and thought it looked cute. Lots of shops and restaurants. So I booked here instead.
Glad I did! Location was awesome. Staff was so friendly. I got the best show of a red sunset into massive lightning storm. Breakfast was fantastic. And I wasn’t expecting to use the pool, but enjoyed it both days I was there. Definitely will come back!

I stayed here in 2022 and was eager to return. However, service seems to be slipping. Last time all the staff were customer focused, eager to assist. Rooms had mini bars. This stay - not so much. We had a waiter who didn’t know the menu yet he had been there a couple months. He bumped into me while setting a plate down. Never had that before at any restaurant. The restaurant manager didn’t seem too eager to listen to my comments. (Truly I was not a Karen, I was letting him know because you can’t fix things you don’t know about). The rooms are very nice. Bedding is great. Mini fridge is there but no snacks or wine. You can’t just relax before dinner unless you go to a store and pick up things for yourself. Not worth the price this time.

A bit disappointed
Stayed here two years ago. Just feels like it has run down a bit. Had a problem with a waiter and spoke to manager about it. Not with complaining attitude but so he would know. I’d want to know if I was mgr. not much in the way of apology… maybe the waiter was the owner’s nephew? Just. Didn’t have an overall feel of service.

this hotel has an excellent location. While having breakfast on the terrace you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lake. the rooms are spacious and clean. I'll be happy to come back here again.

Absolutely horrible experience at the restaurant. Waiter with the red glasses was incredibly impatient and rude. He made several passive aggressive comments about how long it was taking us to order (it was only going to take a couple of minutes maximum!) and then simply walked away and started helping other customers to show us his disapproval with us. We were very polite to him during the entire ordeal and as paying customers did not deserve this kind of foul treatment. So we went to another restaurant where we got much better service. This waiter is a stain to your company and needs to be fired! This waiter is making your business lose money and clients!

I find it quite astounding that anyone would describe the Hotel Reutemann-Seegarten as a high-end property. Having experienced viciously rude and unkind treatment by the wait staff in the Hotel's restaurant on 14 September 2021, I can only say that this establishment's best days must be far in the past and a darker day has dawned. After waiting approximately 20 to 30 minutes to receive any attention from our waiter, during which we had to select our dishes twice because one menu was for before 1900 (7PM) and the other after, our waiter with red glasses finally came to the table and we were trying to show him (German is not out our first laguage) in the menu what we wanted. Apparently, this wasn't going as fast as he wanted, since I had in the moment mistakenly first opened the pre-1900 (7PM). Then, realizing my mistake, opened the second one, but before I could show him what we wanted, the waiter shouted, "I have time, I have so very much time!" He walked off. He later returned with some tableware and he walked away as I tried to ask him a question. After this appalling treatment, we got up and we spent our 250€ at a nearby restaurant at the Hotel Helvetia, where we had a very nice meal and were treated courteously by the wait staff.

Visited Hotel "Reutemann-Seegarten" today, after lunch for a coffee☕.

Not the most professional and attentive staff, to be honest.

We asked twice to get the Menu card, after finally receiving it, we've been totally forgotten.

There's been certainly enough staff outside to handle all guests requirements, but somehow it seemed a bit unorganized.
