Hetzel Hotel Stuttgart in Stuttgart

My room had no internet. The day arrived i told them and they said the cable guy was working on it. Second day same issue - no internet. I tried calling the receptionist but she was on the phone all the time. I had to go to her twice to convince her there is an issue with the internet. After all this she told me she will talk to her colleague in the morning but no clear answer when and IF I'll be having internet. VERY BIG DISAPPOINTMENT !!!

Here your things will be stolen and the staff claimed it would not have brought!
For a 4 star Hotel poor facilities!

In response to the remark of the hotel owner:
We came here with a suitcase and a small backpack and A plastic bag.
From the beginning we have said that the plastic bag with TWO Pairs of women's shoes.
The activities of the Hotels were rather skinny. You consoled us in the evening.
We have been then 2-3 hours in the Hotel. The staff has been in our guest room to find the missing shoes!
After our return we only had the feeling that the staff, more and more companies want to be in this matter. The police could or would do nothing more, since I knew who would have me harmed, and if necessary, could sue for in civil law my damage.

We have talked from the beginning, always a Mistake.
Us, the unprofessional handling of the incident and the guilt bothers all of us.
The latest in phone call 3 days after the departure, we had expected something like an apology or an offer of replacement. But the sound in the phone call was more Arrogant than helpful.
Vazit: We will not visit this Hotel!

Need to find my room on my own. No good internet daily have to go to reception and ask for new id and password though it is free everytime had to sign receipt of 20 euro for new password dont know the reason. Gave me microwave after asking them, did not find the room worth for money, heaters has forgotten heating.
For a long stay might be problem. Missess the line of hospitality.
