The room we stayed in had no elevator, so we had to carry all our heavy luggage up ourselves! The view was fantastic, and the service was excellent. The room itself was nice too, but having to haul our bags up to the 4th floor was quite a shock.

Great location on the outskirts of town but easily walked from the station in the summer/autumn, just be aware of the hike up a steep trail to the entrance - there is an alternative! With this price there is no bottle of water, boby lotion or slippers provided. The check out time is at 11am but at 9am the staff opened my door and checked. I was still in bed. They didnt even say sorry. The location is good. The gym is very well equipped. The breakfast was ok. It is typical german breakfast. The check in process was easy and quick.

Hotel is 3 stories private house located about 15 min from the train station and 20 min from Zugspitze train station together with decent breakfast make it a popular choice for hikers. The room was very comfortable despite the high temperatures in the area. I especially liked the shower with very easy power and temperature adjustment facilities. Breakfast was great, with hot options available on request. I particularly liked the fruit, selection of breads, delicious butter and honey or jam. The staff were very pleasant.

In general it's a very decent hotel. Perfect location, well-fitted room, good breakfast, no issues with cleaning. Staff is mostly welcoming and helpful. However, there are several people working at the restaurant that are irritated all the time and, despite they help you with your needs, their mimics and body language do not make you happy and don't encourage to come back to them again.

Romantic bavarian restaurant with a nice beer garden. We had delicious typical bavarian food and a fresh fitness salad after our hiking tour. Food and drink offer was so varied that we will come back to taste the rest! Service was friendly. Prices were fair.

The hotel has an indoor pool, dry sauna, and daily breakfast. The staff were wonderful. The location is also great, near the center of town. The downsides are as follows: the basic rooms are very small and the queen beds are actually two twin beds side-by-side, a small shower that would not accomodate anyone larger in size and the entire bathroom is tiny also, and most importantly for some people...

Fantastic location and extremely friendly and helpful staff. We had a short walk into Garmisch each evening for dinner and/or drinks and as we drove it was centrally located to sites we wanted to see. The swimming pool was also welcomed with temperatures in the 30 Celsius range during our stay. Would definitely return.

Family driven hotel and with such atmosphere. Excelent location, free parking, very clean. The room we had was simple furnished but you can not complain, everything you need was there. You may see that its best years are gone but still a good place to stay.

We stayed here for a night in July and it was wonderful. The place is very close walking distance to Partenkirchen and the hosts were so wonderfully hospitable. The breakfast was plentiful with many options and my only regret was honestly not staying longer to fully take advantage of the accommodations!
