Hotel is new and convenient, but in the room is quite cold.

The hotel is excellent, and well located the rooms are clean, spacious and very comfortable. The facilities are well maintained, and we always had hot water. We enjoyed using the pool, although the jacuzzi was only lukewarm, which made it difficult to use in the cold weather, so we only went once. The breakfast offers a great variety of options. One improvement would be more transparency during check...

Nice spa and guest rooms in central Garmisch location. Food in the restaurant could be improved.

We have stayed here five times recently, every stay was great, good breakfast, friendly staff, great pool and spa, not many Mountain View’s ( due to weather) usually fantastic views though. This hotel always has a lovely atmosphere. We had a problem with streaming service in our room, someone came to look at it, but it wasn’t repaired by time we left. We only had world news to watch in evening.

We thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay, especially the guided hikes provided through the hotel with Hermann. Hermann was a delightful and knowledgeable guide. We enjoyed the many options available at breakfast each morning. Would highly recommend this property for its location to hiking trails, as well as local restaurants and shops.

Atlas Grand Hotel

I liked it, but it's more like a cheap hotel. I found the heating set way too high and didn't see a thermostat to adjust the temperature. Additionally, the internet connection in my room was poor, so I used my own. An upgrade of the rooms would be nice, especially considering the €100 per night.

Had a traditional alpine feel to the hotel, staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a nice location. Pro tip get a room not on the street side the church bells are loud.

I love how comfortable the bed is! I rested super well! The room was spotless. The staff has been very nice and has a good location. There is a bank nearby and a couple of convenient stores. The hotel is about 12 minutes from the center / Marienplatz. I’d recommend it for solo travelers if they plan to visit Garmisch

Excellent Mountain View and the staff was exceptional. They genuinely elevated the stay from a good one to a great one.

Charming old world hotel with authentic details. Comfortable room with all amenities. Breakfast buffet was wonderful, had omelet station in addition to large spread of meats, cheeses, breads, fruits and more. Lovely fresh squeezed orange juice too. Staff extremely accommodating and lots of space to relax.

Walls are thin so loud noises next door and outside. Shower sinks need work!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Great location, very walkable and convenient to everything. Easy to get to the slopes. The spa was very nice. The staff was very helpful. The dinners were delicious.

Beautiful place, wonderful service. Fantastic food! And just 10 minutes walk from the cogwheel train to the top of the Zugspitze.

Wonderful hotel with courteous, polite and helpful staff. Rooms are neat and clean with amazing mountain views. One of the best stays we have ever had. The location is also a plus as it's walking distance from station and City center. A small walk on the right side of the hotel leads to a great view of mountain with valleys.

The hotel and room were well taken care of. The staff was friendly and spoke English well

Very friendly and helpful staff, especially the front desk man that can speak very good English help me a lot, give me a lot of information when I travelled in Garmisch Patenkirchen. And the good point is the front desk is remain open when it is around 23.30👍This hotel I will said totally value for money.

A nice hotel in the town, with very friendly and welcoming staff.

The front desk staff were very helpful and gave me a guide to the accommodations. I only realized after reading it carefully the next day that there was free coffee, tea, and non-alcoholic beverages. Parking was free. There was also a sauna.

Long ago this location was a flour mill, now a luxury hotel and spa in Garmisch. Rooms were clean, bed firm. They have a small gym, and many spa services. The bar has a decent selection of spirits, wine and beer. There is a lovely walking path along the river.

I had a great stay at this hotel, and the best part was that the room had proper air conditioning – a rare and much-appreciated feature in this region. It was a revitalizing Spa get away with activity possibilities in and outdoors. It offered great full board gourmet gastronomy, within outstanding hygienic conditions , nice rooms with terrace and great mountains view but among all, great service from all the staff in the hotel from the driver, throughout the sauna Rezeption, restaurant.
