Hotel Haidmühler Hof in Haidmuhle

Kitchen closes at 20 PM, when you should do it however in time you yourself as a guest of the hotel, the choice between chips and... guess... right, Schnitzel with French fries. PS. on 2 nights, the reception was not occupied.

We stayed at the Haidmühler Hof over New Year's Eve.
Positive:
- Very tasty food
- The wellness area is very nice and clean
- Super nice boss who seeks personal contact with the guests
- Rooms were also very clean
Big negative point:
The staff! We had called twice before that we would be checking in after 6pm and unfortunately this was not passed on so we were "missed" on said evening.
The waitresses were very unfriendly. Guests next to us were served extensively. We sat in the dark, so to speak, and weren't even asked if we wanted a drink. It seemed to us that guests with suites were preferred.
It's a shame, because the boss tries very hard to please the guests. Unfortunately, the service staff with their behavior achieved the opposite.
