Rooms are tiny with not much space for luggage. Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. It is short walk to Rosenheimer S-bahn station.
My extended stay in Munich and at Hotel One
I had 7 day stay at Motel One and was very very satisfied. From the front desk, to housekeeping and the bar and patio, it was wonderful. Friendly, accomodating and always cheerful. I was visiting my son and the hotel area was perfect for walking everywhere and I always felt safe. The room was all I needed for restful nights and a great bathroom. It was very...
The room was well-equipped, comfortable, and clean, but the breakfast was too basic.
Modern hotel with good AC next to the Deutsches Museum and also walking distance to Marienplatz and some good restaurants. Close to the Roseinheimer Platz train station with regular access to the airport. Solid choice.
Nice place to stay. Aircon is set at a specific temperature and you can't adjust it so if you've been walking around for a while and want to cool off, you can't drop the temperature in your room. The whole place feels a little bit too warm until after a while you get used to it
Good hotel with everything you need.

We booked this place several months ago as we were hitting Octoberfest. Only a 10 minute uber ride or 30 minute by train.
There are over 500 rooms here. Ours was very small and very few amenities. As others have mentioned the bathroom smells. Leave the door ajar and all good. Quiet area with nice breakfast buffet and bar/lounge area. Metro walkable. Friendly staff as well. We got a great deal as they...
Good standard chain hotel that offers very good value for your money.
Really good value for money and good location. We paid less than 100 euros per night (without breakfast, including parking) the room was small but well thought out. Very spacious public spaces.
I stayed for a week and didn’t have any issue with anything. Loved the hotel, room was clean, good space, near metro, tram and bus stops. The price is great considering everything is expensive. Also there is a supermarket really close. I’ll definitely will stay there whenever I get back to Munich.
Very good breakfast (extra). Room was quiet, clean, comfortable. Staff was helpful with a good attitude. Property is well located near public transportation. Good rate as well.
One of the things I didn’t like is that they have no phones in the rooms and you have try and contact the reception from your own phone.

Room was small like a cruise ship room.
Great lounge area. Rooms a little bit small
I booked the hotel on Black Friday deal but when we arrived I realized that is then 20 euro cheaper per night than what I booked on *******. Which was disappointing, I am not sure if this was a fault by ******* predictions or the hotel information.
The lobby was great for working.
The room was very very minimal, from size to equipment.
The staff were super friendly and helpful.
Great hotel for our trip to Munich. Its a bit out of town but the staff were super helpful with showing us ways to use the local transport network which made getting into Munich really easy and cheap. We drove and there is a large, easy to park in underground garage
Good hotel for a business trip, nice rooftop terrace.
It was way too expensive for a bedroom this size. Anyway, the building has two parts. I suppose if you book via online travel agency, you’ll get a worse room in the smaller part like ours - with a view to the construction site. It would probably be better to book directly. The room and the bathroom were pretty clean overall, but there were some nasty spots with unclear origin on our furniture. The...

Stayed here before. So looks like I was “upgraded” because of a previous stay. There moved me into a room with a balcony, so allowing me to be able to sit out side in the sunny and warm evening and enjoy a beer. Bed is large and firm, and bathroom is clean. WiFi speed is very good, and never dropped out. TV with the usual English language channels as well as as many German tv channels you can name...
Convenient garage parking was on the second floor (entrance from the Helsinkistraße, 20 EUR/day). A subway station and a big shopping centre were right next to the hotel. Our room was quite small, there was not much space with several suitcases and bags. But otherwise the room was good. Breakfast wasn't too varied, there were no hot meals. Staff was mostly very young (in the reception and in the restaurant...
Excellent hotel next to Tradefair Center and Riem Arcaden, friendly staff, cozy beds, extraordinarily quiet concerning its location, good value for money.
Went to the Adele concert. Walking distance was fabulous stay. Very modern and clean hotel. Right outside many food options, transport links and bikes if you would like to use them. Would recommend if any events are nearby.
Great place in Munich
Super nice, and clean, room. Close to U-bahn (to get into city centrum). Their terrace is very nice too and their gin selection is amazing. Highly recommended.
The location of the hotel is very good. It is connected to a large shopping mall near the exhibition ground and the station is also next to it.
The room is relatively simple. There is no table to use the computer. The mirror is only in the bathroom. There is no mineral water or kettle.

Clean. Friendly and efficient staff. Walking distance to ostbahnof station
The reception staff was very friendly and nice. I chose Ost station for my last day's stay because the main station feels unsafe and uncomfortable, and also one stop nearer to Munich airport.
Great hotel for visiting the MarienPlatz area. Walkable. Also easy bus ride.
Great accommodation at a reasonable price. Well stocked bar with an impressive selection of gin and knowledgable and helpful bar staff. Within a few minutes walk the Haidhausen area offers a plethora of shops, restaurants, and green spaces. Can only recommend.
We had a large group and the staff was very helpful with our questions and requests. There were many dinner options within a 10-15 minute walk in a neighborhood that was very safe and clean.
10/10 was such a great hotel and yummy breakfast! Bit of a walk to old town but with it also easily accessible trains right by the hotel! I would for sure stay here again!

Great location. Other than that rather underwhelming. Rooms are typically small, noisy, and check-in wait was long. Main complaint is the pillow case that had a hole, positioned well visible.
Within walking distance from Karlsplatz station, this hotel was comfortable and convenient. The front staff was kind and welcoming, and the room was clean and well-maintained and reasonably large. I do not insist there was something special or unique about this hotel. But I had no complaints at all. At least for a business stay, I think this hotel is one of what it is supposed to be.
Rooms were a little small, overall had everything we needed. We only were in the room for minimum time on our trip. Bathroom and shower were clean. Bed was bigger than some European hotels we've stayed at. Great location and the staff were nice and helpful.
Fantastic breakfast, minimalistic design for the rooms, and right near city center. The front desk was extremely accommodating and helpful! This was my first motel one and I absolutely loved it!
10/10 would Motel one again ❤️
good location, nice lobby and bar / breakfast area. very clean.
Location:👍, Close 2 Marienplatz -10 mins walk. Staffs: friendly. Breakfast:👍 variety. Room: Cozy, 16m2. Cons: Currently the carpark is under reno + surrounding area has construction, a bit noisy.

Clean, quiet and comfortable stay. Best price and location.
Perfect hotel for overnight business stay. Comfy rooms, small but good for sleeping (what I only need when staying out of home). Good location if you need Maximilianeum or Klinikum Rechts Der Isar, etc. Ostbahnhof is about 200 yards away. Ubahn, tram, bus are close to hotel. Spacious and easily accessible underground garage for €15 per day. Everything you need. In fact very medium hotel but with everything...
Great hotel. Not too far from the Ostbahnhof. Quiet and had a bedroom window that opened!
Good place to stay in Munich. Rooms are comfortable. Breakfast is good and staff are nice.
Location was great to get between the city and Adele world.
Would be 5/5 if there were tea/coffee facilities in the rooms. Was about £4-5 for a hot drink at reception

Recommended. Clean and comfortable but please do not expect any customer service. Breakfast is not good.
Bar in this hotel is amazing, I like so much the views! My favourite place in this city. Also always great service and drinks with snacks. This time I stayed at this hotel, the room has everything you need, clean and comfortable. Near they have big parking.
Good location and comfort for the price!
This hotel is located just a short walk to the train station and old city. The central location for the price makes this hotel well worth a booking. As others have said, the rooms are smaller and there are not too many amenities, but then if you are in Nuremburg to visit, you are likely in the room/hotel for only a few hours more than sleeping. More importantly...
Trains disturbed me during night. Hard bed. TV turns on every time you enter your room…
Located close to hbf.
Good set up, nice lobby/bar. Room was small but convenient. Breakfast: nice quality, good amount of organic food. Quite close to the station and not far from the historic city center. A good choice to stay in Nuremberg for business reasons. Not the best for a romantic week end
Always a pleasure. Consistent, Great breakfast, comfortable beds. Small rooms, but well appointed for short stay. Recently stayed at Motel One in Berlin, Nürnberg, Stuttgart and Munich on the same trip and the breakfast was a highlight, as well as the ease of access and locations. It's now my goto for Germany.

Smart hotel with limited facilities near the Olympic park. Good sleepover for events at the Olympic Stadium.
Great Hotel, all good but room was a bit small
The property is new and well maintained. Everything is clenan. Yet it is very spartan, a few hooks and hangers must do. The double room is miniscule. The place is suited for business travellers but it is not recommendable for leisure stay.
Very nice hotel, great location too. Right next to the tram
Clean and comfortable, pretty good
I am a big fan of this chain because you always know what quality you can expect. The rooms here were also very pleasant and the lobby was nice. The service was fine. The breakfast buffet was excellent with fresh fruit salad and croissants. The coffee was also delicious.

Really nice personel. Breakfast is not so big/rich.
I was stuck in Nuremberg due to the suspension of trains. So I booked this hotel for the stay. Located around 300 m from the nuremberg steinbhul railway station, this motel has a nice ambience. The rooms are clean and tidy. The recepionists working here are jolly people. A lady was working at night when i entered the hotel, she was amicable and diligent in her service so was the guy working in the...
Nice staff, good location with a tram stop right outside of the door. Their parking is very limited and also a little hard to park. It's also located on a one-way street so if you miss the parking entrance, you have to go around in a complicated circle. Otherwise, this fits well with all of the other Motel One locations that we've been to. Hygiene regulations are good with sanitizer all around, even...
Very clean handy and comfortable. Nice and friendly staff.
Clean, great staff, very close to the centre of Nuremberg so all the great restaurants and bars and easily walked to etc....the last image is a rescue attempt by staff when my colleague got trapped in the lift ???
Nice Hotel, in great location with team right in front of the hotel. You can reach any place in the city in a snap!

Good location not too far from the station. We stayed here for one night before a flight home. Clean and comfortable it was a good price and value for money.
Hotel was OK and room too. Overall a bit tired. Breakfast was good including many organic items. Staff was rather friendly. Location is the weak point: in a zone without good restaurants and a bit far from the center. I will probably go somewhere else next time
Stayed at the Motel One Muchen Westend for 2 nights during Oktoberfest last month. Similar to other Motel One hotels this one was clean, with very small rooms and bathrooms. For what we needed it was fine. No frills, but priced as such. And during Oktoberfest everything is expensive. Quiet rooms and comfortable beds. Walking distance to the fairgrounds. Friendly staff. Would stay here again...
The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. Also it is very close to the S train station with easy access to the airport and to the main train station. The check in and check out process went very smoothly. The staff is really courteous when asked any questions. I would stay again at Motel One Westend.
I chose the Westend location to visit friends close-by. Traveled by car and was able to park in the hotel's (closed for public) garage. I left my car in the garage for a few hours longer than my check-out time, and the hotel was nice enough to accommodate this without me having to pay for another day. Even though the hotel is located right on a main street, I found it to be very quiet inside. My room...
I have only the best things to say about this place! The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the room is comfortable and, most importantly, quiet! I’ve slept so well here, which I needed after my last hotel. The breakfast is also outstanding. I’m vegan, and I have eaten like a queen here! I do wish the bathroom door in my room could stay open on its own without my having to prop it open to allow...

This hostel looks much more like an actual hotel, wich is great! Really large and comfortable rooms, with clean bathrooms and facilities, not to mention the location. The only thing i can complain about is the breakfast; only a few options and questionable quality
This is a very modern and comfortable hotel. The rooms are very spacious and clean. You can also find a little table ND chairs and you are offered some teas and a tea pot to make tea in your own room. The breakfast is very good and you have a lot of choice. You can find a restaurant underneath the hotel. You can walk less than ten minutes and find yourself in the city centre
Clean and spacious room. Small bathroom with shower only looked new and clean. Bathroom included the toilet. It was complete in terms of soap and towels. The room was very warm, no airco. When the window was open there was a lot of noise from outside. This lasted until 4 in the morning. We had a room at the street side. Noise from the terras, road and drunken people walking by, shouting and singing...
For a Motel it is very nice. Rooms are basic but good. Could do with a littlw fridge. Dogs are allowed and actually very nice located for a stroll into fussen and good spot to stay to visit neuschwanstein castle. Breakfast was a bit so so. But the restaurant croatia which is from the same onwners is very good. The local eat there.
Friendly staff, spacious rooms. Breakfast was delicious. The freshest bread in Germany!

Clean but remote and very stuffy.
Hotel was clean. No soap in the bathrooms. Very difficult to get there using public transport. Reception closes at 3pm, but you can check in digitally at the entrance and get your room keys. No AC. Nice hotel. Checked in on a machine. Industrial area. Nice rooms with fridge, stove and sink. Only 17 minutes from airport.
For the price worth every penny
It was small and convenient to the airport. We had trouble checking in, the manager ended up having to do it.
The hotel was very unique with self check-in and beautiful artwork but a local artist. It was very clean and nice.
Very clean, cozy, comfortable hotel. Check in automatically whole day long even in the night. Nice tasty breakfast!!!

My rating is based on the bar visit only.
The bar is gigantic! Especially the interior design is just great and the view is gigantic (you can see almost the entire city, especially with the sunset it is highly recommended).
The cocktails are very good, the rest of the drinks selection is extensive and regional.
The menu could be more extensive, but this is not a problem.
I like it a lot and I recommend...
One of the newest and most beautiful hotels in the Motel One chain. On the 14th floor there is a great bar with a great view, and breakfast is served there. Always great and friendly staff.
Very good Motel One. Rooms are small as everywhere but functionally ok. Breakfast good and with a view. Construction site all around in summer 2021, so ask for rooms high up and facing west.
Comfortable. Modern. Very close to the station!
