Old Town across the street by a block. Easy access to the Christmas Kindlmarket in Nurnberg. Room is slightly small and for the price paid $575 USD, they could have had a couple free waters in room. Most concerningly my room (141) was situated next to a fire escape to a car park and I was disturbed one night by three guys sitting on the steps of the fire escape talking and drinking. The service overall was decent, but they only provided 1 water bottle for our room for 3 nights. There also wasn't anywhere we could find to refill our reusable bottles with filtered and cold water. The breakfast was okay, nothing special. The room was nice and spacious and allowed us to spread out our luggage to get better situated while traveling abroad.

This is the 2nd time I stay in this hotel during business trip. The first time I believe I got a slightly bigger room than I got this time. Nevertheless, space is not an issue. The bathroom had days with really bad smell coming from the pipes. The breakfast is very basic but good. Nearby the hotel there are not so many restaurants but there is grocery stores and shops to buy in.

The hotel is just acceptable. Main reason for it is the service being absolutely disastrous. I only wanted to pay for having breakfast at the reception around 10 am, 04.10.2025, (breakfast closes at 10:30), no one came for 20 minutes. This was on a normal Saturday morning. Overall, I had a positive experience. The property is centrally located, with the U-Bahn station just a 5-minute walk away, and supermarkets conveniently located right next to the property. The room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained. However, I did notice a couple of minor issues: the soap dispenser in the shower was empty, and there was a stain on the pillowcase.

Long ago this location was a flour mill, now a luxury hotel and spa in Garmisch. Rooms were clean, bed firm. They have a small gym, and many spa services. The bar has a decent selection of spirits, wine and beer. There is a lovely walking path along the river.

Its a good hotel. However, I would not say that the staff is super cooperative. They denied me service when I requested them if I could get my food warmed up. I paid around 100 euros incl. taxes for my small single comfort room for one night (less than 12 hours) and it didn’t even have a dental kit. I had to personally request for one.

Business travel to Munich, staying at the Leonardo Boutique. I found the rooms small but sufficient and nicely appointed. Location is good for the old town. Minor gripe is they don't offer hair conditioner in the shower, just a hair and body wash combo. If you use hair conditioner, you'll need to go out and buy some.

The hotel room is quite small. We did not received any check in procedure or pin code from either hotel or trip.com. it nearly put us in trouble as we arrived after their office hours. Luckily the staff on duty that night left later and we can check in smoothly.

The location is very close to the tram and the Moosach interchange. The room was quite clean, but the carpet smelled like urine.

Great hoatoric hotel. We are a family of 5, and had to book 2 rooms. Rooms were well appointed and clean. Breakfast included was the best we've encountered on our trip.

Great experience! We were there for one night.At the arrives we park our car in the private parking in the back of the hotel.The guy in reception was very friendly and very nice.Room was clean and tidy! Everything was nice!

The room was clean but still there was a kind of sewer smell in the room. In the night we heard weird mechanical noises which kept us awake. Also it was very annoying that charging spots for electric cars were occupied by parked fuel cars. Not being able to charge overnight added substantial time to our journey.

This was a great stay for those in transit through Germany. The place is clean and comfy. The bathroom is small but fine. we had breakfast which was really good. it's easy to get to from the highway. some could be disturbed by the nearby train station but my kids loved to watch the trains.
