I am extremely impressed with the Leonardo, their entire staff were incredibly helpful and most spoke English better than I can speak German. Housekeeping needs work. The guy refused to take our dirty dishes and always just left them sitting there. He did the bare minimum of towels, make the bed, empty garbage. Even toilet paper was put in improperly.

We booked this hotel to be on the U6 line so we could be in between Munich city centre (Marienplatz) and Allianz Arena (Fröttmaning). This was perfect although it is a good 10 minute walk with suitcases. The room was clean, comfortable and compact. Overall experience is average. However, on one of the days (29th April), the housekeeping didn't clean our room at all, and the receptionist guy that night kept saying I don't know.. I don't know, without saying sorry. We even have to get the clean towels by ourselves.

We requested the room to be cleaned, but when we returned, it hadn’t been cleaned at all. The service in this hotel is very poor. Also, the room lighting is very dim, and the room is quite dark. This rating is definitely not deserved for this hotel.

Hotel is located in a quiet environment with plenty of free parking outside the premise (albeit a little walking is required). Very close by to the exhibition. Easy check in process and the staff are friendly and attentive to our requests during the stay.

This hotel is new and the environment is good, but the space is average and not very spacious. There are parking spaces on the road. When parking in Germany, it is best to download the app in advance (you need to register in advance for handyparken. Using the app to park is very convenient.
