A fairly well experience Very good accommodation in a reasonable price. It took me a little by surprise that the parking lot was an extra service and was not included in the price (for me it was not clear when I made the reservation). Housekeeping needs work. The guy refused to take our dirty dishes and always just left them sitting there. He did the bare minimum of towels, make the bed, empty garbage. Even toilet paper was put in improperly.

We booked this hotel to be on the U6 line so we could be in between Munich city centre (Marienplatz) and Allianz Arena (Fröttmaning). This was perfect although it is a good 10 minute walk with suitcases. The room was clean, comfortable and compact. Cons: I checked-in at the late evening and entered my room finding a bathrobe and slippers lying on the bathroom floor, which gave me the impression that the room has not been properly cleaned. 1 of the reception counter reluctant to help to reheat packed food from supermarket nearby. Being told only for staff only. Luckily we try again and another staff assist to reheat the food. The hotel environment was decent, but the stay was disappointing. There was no hot water for showering at night, and no one answered the phone when I called the front desk. Service and maintenance need significant improvement to enhance the guest experience.

The room was very clean and tidy, everything was great, and there was plenty of hot water. The only downside was that the hotel didn’t provide bottled water, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work. I contacted the front desk and was told it would be fixed the next day, but it never was.

Overall experience is average. However, on one of the days (29th April), the housekeeping didn't clean our room at all, and the receptionist guy that night kept saying I don't know.. I don't know, without saying sorry. We even have to get the clean towels by ourselves.

Very good and fast check in process even though we asked for a late check in. The room was clean and neat. Check out was also very easy. The only issue in the room was that there was no airconditioning so it could get hot during the summer months. Otherwise it was a perfect stay :)

Beautiful historic hotel with many amenities and things to do. We throughly enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. Everything is within walking distant of the hotel within a few blocks, dining, cafes, trollers, shopping, even has a theatre. The views from the rooftop bar were the perfect nightcap.

The hotel is amazing! Staff were outstanding, especially Ben Said from Tunisia. They upgraded us to a spacious, classic-style room with a separate dressing room and option for a connected room. We stayed here for the weekend and booked a double room, it was spacious, modern, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a big variety of delicious options to choose from. We got also access to the Vitality Spa, where you can use the Sauna and the gym. Highly recommended!

We requested the room to be cleaned, but when we returned, it hadn’t been cleaned at all. The service in this hotel is very poor. Also, the room lighting is very dim, and the room is quite dark. This rating is definitely not deserved for this hotel.

Hotel is located in a quiet environment with plenty of free parking outside the premise (albeit a little walking is required). Very close by to the exhibition. Easy check in process and the staff are friendly and attentive to our requests during the stay.

Towels were dirty and the room had a mold smell at night. Service was actually too nice and dangerous. We forgot our key in the room because we dropped our bags off and was gone all day. We asked for a new key and the guy gave us a key and told us our room number without checking our identification.

There are no slippers in the rooms, I have been told that they ordered but still not come. Smoking is allowed only in balconies, parking area is not that big to find parking place always. Munich was our last stop in Germany. We found the hotel easy as we were traveling with children. The food was excellent, it was easy to get taxies and the staff could not have been nicer.
