A very good hotel, people very nice and the food tasty

This was my second stay here. Due to it being winter, it offered better value for money than in China. The breakfast was plentiful and filling, and I appreciated the separate shower and toilet.

Just steps away from the subway station, making your commute incredibly convenient. The breakfast here is absolutely delightful.

The hotel was clean and tidy, and the environment was good, very close to the subway entrance. However, the service at the reception was limited; checking in and dining required long waits in line. As for facilities, the bathroom in the room was too noisy. The elevators were slow, leading to long waiting times. The restaurant also had insufficient capacity, resulting in long queues and waits for meals

The staffs were so kind and they graded up my room up. Because the location was a bit far, transportation costs were unavoidable, which was a little annoying.

Overall is good standard good environent hotel. Just share one point if they can improve their attitude in front desk.

Decent enough hotel, check in was ok. Great location. Room was clean enough, fairly nice bathroom with power shower, bed was really comfy.

Good location and convenient if you have a car. There is enclosed parking garage. The receptionist was very friendly. He was very professional and polite. Since there are no fridges in the room, he let me use the hotel's fridge in the restaurant to cool down a beer I had bought. This shows me that they are really accomodating. The room was clean and comfortable.

Great location and was fine as a room to sleep in, while exploring all that munich has to offer. No frills or anything extra, just a place to get some sleep.

The rooms were really nice and clean the design of them was also very modern and easy on the eyes. The location seems far away from the city centre; however, it is very easy to navigate with the public transport. But of course it takes more time rather than staying somewhere close to the centre.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was good. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The only thing that could be improved is the reception staff—they could be a bit more friendly and welcoming socially at first. With that improvement, it would be an even better experience.

Clean room, loved the layout. Would have been nice to have a small fridge but oh well. Slept very well, it was nice and quiet. Hotel has a little "store" with snacks, drinks, and other knick knacks. My husband lost his toothbrush and had to purchase one at this hotel. He said it was a fair price and the best toothbrush he's ever used! I would stay here again.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Excellent service and great value for money! The customer service was exceptional, and the breakfast was fantastic. I'm really pleased to have found such a great place to stay within my budget in Munich.

Nothing to complain about, very nice room, impeccable value for money

The location is good, about a 1.5-kilometer walk to Maria Square, a 20-minute walk. The surrounding area is quiet. The rooms are small but very clean. I stayed for three nights and it was quite nice.

It was a very good experience staying here. Clean, comfortable room, excellent service, a great kitchen for preparing meals, close to the metro station, and for those who like to walk, you could reach Marienplatz on foot. Check-in and check-out were super easy. We recommend it.

Overall, everything is fine. The hotel isn't new, but the rooms are clean and cozy. The beds are comfortable, as is the rest of the furniture. There are outlets next to the bed and interesting nightlights that can be directed in any direction. The kitchen has an interesting design, including a folding faucet. It's compact and functional. The ability to leave luggage is also useful.

Clean, well-equipped, everything you need is available in a very small space, friendly welcome, €18/night/car in the very narrow, winding underground parking garage – SUVs should be careful. We would love to come back.

This was my second time staying here on a business trip, and everything was the same as before. The breakfast was pretty good, and the area was surrounded by car dealerships. There was a river nearby, and the scenery was nice.

The hotel's hygiene was good and the staff were friendly. However, the facilities were a bit lacking; there wasn't even a tissue box in the room. The hotel is conveniently located next to BMW, and the breakfast spread is generous. While the room wasn't huge, it was perfectly adequate for our needs.

Great hotel close to oberwiesenfeld station. BMW museum is a 15 min walk away and worth visiting. The room was clean and tidy and well priced.

The location is a bit out of the way, and the surroundings are quite open, but the overall environment and breakfast are pretty good.

Not bad, the breakfast was good, and the service was decent too. The location is also great, I'd recommend it. There's a large supermarket and bus stops nearby, all within walking distance. The service is good, and you can even check in early.

Many aspects were OK, like location not too far from main train station and bus stations, as well as cleanliness and bed quality. Some points like difficulty to get hot water for the shower in the morning and the staff at the reception could be improved.

The receptionist gave us the wrong info of the bus services and for us to realised after waiting for an hour that it was a public holiday and bus services are disrupted and of different schedule.

Quite Clean but rather old appearing Interieur, nice and helpful staff We got a maisonette apartment as an upgrade. Hotel location is quite close to the city center, only 20min walk away from city center I will not remember anything from the hotel except the quite high price which was around 180€ a night. If there is no cheaper option and you need to be close to city center, it's a good choice

Great little hotel within short walking distance of the main city areas, perfect for our Xmas market holiday. Great staff who spoke excellent English and were super attentive and helpful. Nice rooms with all we needed provided. We loved it and would definitely use this place again next time we visit Nuremberg.

I always stay here for business trips to Munich. It's right next to a big supermarket and has parking (though parking in Germany can be a bit expensive), which is great!

Mainly good for its proximity to BMW. Nothing else particularly stands out.

The location is a bit remote, situated in a residential area, but it's quiet. The hotel is very clean, well-equipped, and there's a supermarket downstairs, which is very convenient.

The surrounding environment is very good and quiet, which I like very much. I have stayed here twice, and the front desk was very welcoming this time. The breakfast was also good. It is not far from the subway station: U1 four stations to the city center railway station.

The location is good and convenient, and the breakfast is nice. The front desk staff were particularly helpful; knowing we drove, they told us we could park on the street for free, which saved us a lot of money.

The hotel location is perfect with a bua station infront, a tram station withing few steps and Ubahn Sbahn stations 10 mimutes walk. The hotel amenities are good with average breakfast. The staff are always welcoming but i requested a baby crib and they said they can provide then later they said they do not have this option.

Absolutely no service here, it's self check-in. My room wasn't cleaned at all during my stay. The room itself was clean though. The breakfast wasn't great, to be honest, it was the same every single day. The only thing with a bit of variety was the coffee.

A nice, quiet and clean hotel. The location is conveniently located near the Arabellapark UBahn station, and is also close to a supermarket, restaurants and a pharmacy. What I really liked was the breakfast selection with different types of hot and cold food, including fresh fruit.

The room was clean and practical. I was particularly impressed by the quality and quantity of the breakfast buffet. The only drawback in my opinion is the missing luggage room

My husband and I had a lovely stay at the Holiday Inn - the niu. The room was spacious and comfortable and the location was very convenient to local transport and a supermarket. Magdalena and the team at the front desk were welcoming, friendly and helpful and the staff that took care of us at the breakfast buffet were very considerate and kind. Would love to stay here again!

Our room was right above the train tracks, and the light rail ran all night. The noise from the metal wheels was very loud every time a tram passed by.

I've stayed at multiple Ibis hotels in various countries, and I've been extremely satisfied every time! The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff are friendly and polite, and check-in is quick. The location is convenient. My only minor complaint is that the rooms don't have a kettle.

The staff is really nice, however, the room I was assigned is not soundproof, for me it's fine, but I guess it will be very noisy for some travellers, as you can hear the trains go back and forth. Lastly, the shower (toilet) is a bit tiny, and interestingly the door is installed oppositely.

The room size is decent, but be aware there's no mini-fridge or kettle. You can rent a kettle from the front desk with a 10 Euro deposit. The location is super convenient, very close to the station, making it easy to get to all the main attractions. Breakfast is good with a wide variety of items, and the staff are all really friendly.

The hotel is not far from a subway station and is close to three supermarkets. There are no electric kettles or refrigerators in the rooms, and only one bottle of water is provided for a few nights. A small selection of croissants is available in the lobby.

Budget hotels. Carry your own water bottle and refill from the taps or buy one and refill for the rest of the trip. Very close to railway station. Request for a phone in your room, it should be there by default but sometimes may not be there.

It was close to the airport, right in front of the subway station, and convenient! There was a supermarket nearby. Access to the city center was also good.

A good, simple hotel right next to the Nordostbahnhof (Northeast Train Station). It has everything you need for an overnight stay. The bed was very soft; depending on whether you like that sort of thing or not, you should be aware of that. The hotel is somewhat noisy in places, and I also think over €200 for one night during the Christmas market season is very excessive.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and I would like to thank them very much for giving us a family room. They were very helpful in this regard, however, the room was not cleaned for 3 days and even the trash was not removed from the room; apparently this is part of the hotel's concept. The staff were very polite and professional.
