Had an excellent stay! The breakfast was great and the hotel is in a good location for going to Bayern Munich games. Also a special thanks to Marc at the front desk as well as the rest of his colleagues who work at the front desk who helped me alot with an order I was placing to another hotel where I couldn’t overcome the language barrier

Too far from everything. First room smelled of smoke, front desk person got me a new room same floor. Thank you for that. People just smoke like chimneys in this place. You can smell it constantly. 1 of the reception counter reluctant to help to reheat packed food from supermarket nearby. Being told only for staff only. Luckily we try again and another staff assist to reheat the food. Overall stay is quite pleasant and like the location. Able to travel all M zone areas with weekly ticket. Via tram , train and bus.

The hotel environment was decent, but the stay was disappointing. There was no hot water for showering at night, and no one answered the phone when I called the front desk. Service and maintenance need significant improvement to enhance the guest experience.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Excellent service and great value for money! The customer service was exceptional, and the breakfast was fantastic. I'm really pleased to have found such a great place to stay within my budget in Munich.

I was very surprised at the quality of this hotel. It’s best feature was that it was extremely quiet with quality features, at a very good price. Parking is extra, but if you’re careful you can get on the street if you’re early enough, which I was able to do twice. I would certainly stay here again, the breakfast is very good but way too expensive at €16.

Fantastic hotel! We arrived two hours before check in and our room was ready which was a lovely surprise after an early flight that morning. The hotel had nice amenities and the staff were efficient and welcoming, but the only reason why it doesn’t get 5 stars is because there is no air conditioning. We are in southern Germany, not Iceland. There is no excuse for a hotel like the Ramada to have no air conditioning.

Relatively nice hotel with clean and tidy room. Breakfast is great, with a good mix of fruits, bread, cooked food. However, the pillows are very soft and out of shape, may require additional pillows which still won't be able to provide the support you need. Close to the airport which is useful if you have an early flight. Otherwise it’s a 20-30 minute ride into the city which surprisingly costs about 50 euros on Uber! They have a shuttle which offers free pickup from the airport but you have to pay 6 euros for the return journey to the airport. Stayed for a single night on a couple of occasions now. Rooms are very comfortable, impeccably cleaned and maintained. All staff are extremely helpful. Breakfast was buffet, continental and very well presented. Shuttle service to airport available. Zero issues.

The receptionist gave us the wrong info of the bus services and for us to realised after waiting for an hour that it was a public holiday and bus services are disrupted and of different schedule.

The rooms are too sparse. No coffee maker, no mini fridge and really no furniture other than a bean bag on the floor. It's simply not practical to work (or do anything really) with one bean bag in the corner as the only piece of furniture other than the bed. And the rooms are decent size so they would easily fit some real chairs and at least one table or a desk. The location also isn't the most convenient...

Good facilities and nice staffs.

The rooms were nicely design and clean. The reason for my 3 stars is that it was a basic hotel and the location was not ideal while charging 17 euros for parking. Additionally the receptionist at the time of the check in couldn’t speak proper English. We had a very basic question if we could drink the tap water and he brought us a bottle of water.

A down-to-earth Hotel, a super kindly staff, incl. Boss, a beautiful nature and is a direct jump to the CZ. Only the the posted menu, we had to leave. Even the woman was just sick of it. The son was sick of, however, was only 5 years old. I was still noticeably hungry, so I got lucky a little something from the kitchen. The bottom line is - TOP

Rarely have we spent our family vacation with 2 children so wonderful. The Kids were happy in the Kids Club, the property was very nice, the food amazing and the hospitality in the Hotel you feel immediately. The Hotel is an absolute recommendation.

Third time staying here for the Munich Bierfest, great hotel. Really clean and friendly, breakfast is good, and it's perfectly placed for access to the central station, the Bierfest and the old town. Can't recommend it highly enough.

A decent budget hotel. The only downside is that it only has air conditioning, no heating, and turning it on makes noise and the air is dry.

The hotel’s accessibility was excellent — just a minute’s walk from tram and metro stations, making it very convenient for getting around the city. It was obvious that they didn’t clean the toilet bowl. We could see some orange stain at the bottom of the bowl. There was also awful pee smell in the bathroom. The breakfast was nice. Stayed here on a couple holiday with my fiance and enjoyed it very much. The location is great, offering access to the mainstation and public transport within walking distance. Good location, about a 10min walk from city centre. There is parking but it’s a bit tricky to find because there are two other parking lots near it, so we ended up parking at the parking lot next to the hotel rather than at it. The room was nice and clean but really cold, as we were there only for one night so didn’t complain, we tried resetting the thermostat but it just wouldn’t work.

Budget hotels. Carry your own water bottle and refill from the taps or buy one and refill for the rest of the trip. Very close to railway station. Request for a phone in your room, it should be there by default but sometimes may not be there.

Convenient transportation, suitable for business travel

The hotel room is located directly above a truck delivery warehouse, making it extremely noisy all night and impossible to sleep. The soundproofing of the room windows is also very poor. Doesn't the owner understand the importance of guests' rest? We hope they can improve the soundproofing of the windows!

Fair enough Reception a bit rude

Fantastic place, great location with an underground train station right next to the hotel. Staff is also brilliant especially Mr. Till, parking space is very convenient & safe as well. We had asked whether our car could be left for few extra hours after checking out and the staff was happy enough to ask us to take our own time without charging extra.

My husband and I had a lovely stay at the Holiday Inn - the niu. The room was spacious and comfortable and the location was very convenient to local transport and a supermarket. Magdalena and the team at the front desk were welcoming, friendly and helpful and the staff that took care of us at the breakfast buffet were very considerate and kind. Our room (310) was spacious enough, with a little kitchenette. The room did not have a machine for tea/coffee. The hotel itself is contemporary and clean. Also pet friendly which is nice! The food options are lacking, but for breakfast the bakery directly across the road is delightful. On an evening you are normally out and about anyway so doesn't matter too much about not having options at the hotel. The u bahn station is only a couple of minutes walk away too to come into the city itself.
