Check in prompt all staff excellent and very helpfull , Meals in restaurant very good quality and good value. No lift in hotel, not problem for us but maybe for some people, Great location on the lakeside.Our room was a bit basic but it was the only one available at time of booking, there are bir gger and better ones according to reception. we would gladly stay again if in the area.

This Hotel is located 10 minutes walk from the town centre but it has great views over the village and mountains that a lot of the other Hotels don't have, a great location. The host is accommodating and informative, rooms are very clean . Good value for money, l highly recommend this Hotel.

Great location and easy to park and not need a car. The Total Team and the facilities provide an atmosphere that is relaxing and away form the hustle a bustle of the touristy areas neat by. A beautiful hotel in a lovely town where the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food in the Restaurant was absolutely delicious and fresh. The rooms were quite spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The shower and bathroom were cleaned and polished to perfection. I would certainly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Great hotel with all you need! Spacious rooms with balcony big toilet and extra bed for kids. Personnel is friendly and they help whenever you need. You get what you pay. Easy to find with parking lot. Breakfast is basic in a good way and all is fresh and home made. Dinner offer is also really good and for a good price. There is a bar and a great kids room.

A very nice hotel! The rooms are all newly renovated and clean! There is plenty of room for baggage. The staff are very friendly and helpful! There is a small safe in the room. But there are no water cookers in the rooms. The city is just a few walking minutes away! Parking is located just behind the building for 4 euros per day.

We used this for a transit between Milan and Munich but would stay longer on a future trip. Lovely hotel in a charming town in picturesque rural Bavaria. Would be a great base for walking in woods or mountains.

I had trouble parking near the hotel. Google maps takes me to the front of the hotel, yet the road is closed off. I was tired after a day of driving. That was inconvenient. It was not like that last year.

Magnificent Zugspitz panorama, a super Playground (with many vehicles and Pendelwipppe) and horse paddock next to it. The food was also good. For us it was the trip from Italy, the perfect grid.

We felt very comfortable at the Alphotel. It's not super-modern, but it was clean and well-maintained. Highlights were the view of a mountain range from the hotel room (with a balcony and small front garden) and the wonderful terrace where we enjoyed the generous breakfast. Points deducted for the bitter coffee and the lack of a refrigerator in the room. We would stay there again anytime.

We spent one night here during a motorcycle tour. The accommodation was well-maintained and clean, with outdoor parking for the motorcycles. The sauna and pool area are available for use. We couldn't use the restaurant because it was closed on Sundays.

The best thing about this hotel is that it is behind a hill from the busy highway and thus quiet. The staff was also very good. However there were a number of maintenance items, especially in the shower. And you had to slam the door to get it to latch when leaving. Felt like they went cheap when they built it.
