Everything about my stay was great. Room is very clean, spacious, and with direct view to the lake. The hotel has many great facilities with direct access to the lake. Restaurant has great food both for dinner and breakfast. Its also easily reachable using the bus, and can take the same bus to Walchensee Staff are very friendly and helpful.

I was there for my birthday and they prepared a nice table with a birthday card 😊, they made us feel so good, everything in this place is nice and cozy...I would like to come back soon. The view in front of the lake is the best too 🤩

We stayed here for two nights in winter - it was the cheapest hotel among others. The room was a bit cold, so I recommend having warm clothes, socks and shoes. Breakfast was not really various, but good enough to start a day. For some reason we had two rooms, so there was a lot of space. The hotel is in 5 minutes from the train station and it takes only 10 minutes to get to the beautiful Kochelsee...

On tour in a camper van and due to thunderstorm we booked very last minute. Despite not knowing any German we were given a very warm welcome. The room was very comfortable. The restaurant and the staff was great with excellent food & beer. Free car park as well. Great place to stay!

A truly special place in Lenggries. A very friendly welcome and a harmonious atmosphere. You feel extremely comfortable from the very beginning, whether checking in with Marianna, relaxing in the spa with Katja, or enjoying dinner. The staff is fantastic. The hotel felt quite new, and the room was spacious and beautiful! I loved it! There's also a supermarket right across the street. There was no kettle in the room, but the front desk was very enthusiastic and helpful when I wanted to make instant noodles!

Great hotel with all you need! Spacious rooms with balcony big toilet and extra bed for kids. Personnel is friendly and they help whenever you need. You get what you pay. Easy to find with parking lot. Breakfast is basic in a good way and all is fresh and home made. Dinner offer is also really good and for a good price. There is a bar and a great kids room.

A very nice hotel! The rooms are all newly renovated and clean! There is plenty of room for baggage. The staff are very friendly and helpful! There is a small safe in the room. But there are no water cookers in the rooms. The city is just a few walking minutes away! Parking is located just behind the building for 4 euros per day.

I had trouble parking near the hotel. Google maps takes me to the front of the hotel, yet the road is closed off. I was tired after a day of driving. That was inconvenient. It was not like that last year.

We felt very comfortable at the Alphotel. It's not super-modern, but it was clean and well-maintained. Highlights were the view of a mountain range from the hotel room (with a balcony and small front garden) and the wonderful terrace where we enjoyed the generous breakfast. Points deducted for the bitter coffee and the lack of a refrigerator in the room. We would stay there again anytime.

We spent one night here during a motorcycle tour. The accommodation was well-maintained and clean, with outdoor parking for the motorcycles. The sauna and pool area are available for use. We couldn't use the restaurant because it was closed on Sundays.

I did not stayed here for any night, but came here just to wait for 3 hours, Katja gave me tea and showed the beautiful terrace. I was impressed by the genuine, calm and pleasant attitude of the place and service. This is the best hotel in the Bavarian region. Very clean, warm, and quiet. The hotel staff is wonderful and speaks multiple languages. It offers an authentic Bavarian village atmosphere and a top-notch restaurant. It's conveniently located, close to popular tourist attractions. This is our third year in a row staying at this hotel, and we have only the best memories.

Right in front of Ettal Abbey so you can't beat the location. We got the comfort apartment and it had everything (no ac which is common in the region)!!! Plus was super clean and spacious. It wasn't in the main building and we needed to take two flights of stairs, but the room and view made up for that workout.

Being from the US, the hotel was the perfect German charm we were looking for. Common area and room was clean and all the employees were very helpful and friendly… and spoke English, which was a plus!! Fantastic German breakfast was included in our room fee. Have only eaten here, but the rooms and package deals look luxurious. Restaurant is amazing. Servers are friendly and fast. Food is great. Outside terrace seating has spectacular views of the valley below. Plenty of free parking available and hikes nearby if you need to walk off a few of your tasty morsels.

We were there just for a meal as part of our visit to the Passion plays. It was well organised, the food was excellent, drinks served quickly, time was of an essence as we were there during the interval.
