Nice hotel, perfect location. Team is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is very tasty and will be filled up frequently. Nice and cozy Biergarten.
Hotel rooms are OK, clean and functional, but will need some major renovation and modernization!
After all, I can recommend it for stays of up to one week in case you're keen on outdoor activities.

A very nice hotel for an outdoor holiday. Lake 2min by foot to go for a swim. Also hiking trails are right there to start. Rooms are clean and staff was friendly. Lots of vegetarian and vegan options.

This hotel is a must if you are in the area. 1st - it is pet welcoming so our dog was very happy there. 2nd - the hotel itself and restaurant are excellent (with many facilities and its an eco-hotel 👏). 3rd - the area is beautiful with many close-by trails and areas to swim, not to mention the lake that is essentially nextdoor!

Terrible place ! Dirty and smelly , very run down . We left directly - they kept the money , we didn’t care ! Nothing like the pics on the website. Staff were totally incompetent or rude . The woman on the front desk was borderline.. very offended . We should have been offended- she kept the money , delivered no service and has old photos on the we site that make you think it will be ok !

The friendliness of the staff is so and so. We have a wonderful experience with the breakfast service and a mediocre with the evening service.
The hotel is located in a very nice area. Unfortunately the access to the lake is not the best. But this hotel is the perfect spot to start some day trips.
One can clearly see that this hotel is not state of the art anymore. Although it is clean, it is really outdated.
Side note - The walls seem to be pretty thin. You will hear every single person and especially suitcase passing by.

Very nice staff, clean and spacious rooms. Great place to stay with lots of things to do around. Food is good as long as you stick to classics.

We had cake and coffee there one afternoon, but the food was rather bland. Not fully convinced, but we only sampled very few things.

A small but lovely bed and breakfast run by a very sweet couple. The kitchen was closed when we arrived but we had a nice dinner around the corner, and woke to a great breakfast made and set for us

We stopped by for lunch on our Karwendel MTB tour.
Excellent food, lovely place and wonderful hospitality . I really recommend it.

It's a beautiful quiet place, but 16 kms from the main station. The bus to main station runs only during the morning hours, so you have to necessarily take a taxi in the evening.
The host was really helpful, she booked a taxi for us as we were arriving there late night.
You can't make any noise after 11pm.
There is no kitchen or washer in the Airbnb.

I have been here for a week surrounded by Mountains and lakes. The rooms are very clean, staff is very friendly and the food is amazing. I am greeted with genuine smiles every morning and a huge breakfast. Plenty of parking and a great outside area with a Biergarden feel. Only about 20 min from charming Bad Tölz. Other guests have been in and out and very respectful and polite. Great place to come for a retreat and sports. Thanks Julia and crew. You guys are great. Looking forward to next year.

We stayed only one night. The owner, Yulia is very nice and welcoming, the rooms very clean and the bed sheets had a wonderful smell. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed but it looks cozy.
