Cozy guesthouse in a perfect location for the spa.
We stayed at this delightful innhouse during a weekend at the spa and we couldn’t have chosen better. The structure is typically German, with comfortable rooms and a family atmosphere. The location is really strategic: in a few minutes walk you can reach the spa, making your stay comfortable and relaxing. The restaurant with typical dishes is also of good quality. Ideal for those looking for tranquility and practicality.

This is arguably the worst hotel in the town. We were greeted by a sign telling us to go to the restaurant where we were met by an old lady who took us to the so called reception that was just a table that was really messy with a gigantic curved display just put on top of it all. In the room there is an old tv that has very few channels and many of them don’t work. They should’ve used the money for this and not a fancy monitor. The bathroom is FINE but NOT GOOD i cannot point this out more its NOT GOOD the toilet is way to low and the shower is also a bathtub like come on this is way to expensive for this not even the breakfast is good

We stayed here for two nights in winter - it was the cheapest hotel among others. The room was a bit cold, so I recommend having warm clothes, socks and shoes. Breakfast was not really various, but good enough to start a day. For some reason we had two rooms, so there was a lot of space. The hotel is in 5 minutes from the train station and it takes only 10 minutes to get to the beautiful Kochelsee. It’s also possible to have a lunch and a dinner here.

There was an older woman when we arrived. She was in charge, she was extremely rude and unprofessional. We had booked 2 nights months ago. The beds had no sheets and in general the room looked unprepared. The room was maybe OK 30 years ago. We can not recommend this hotel and the staff there. You don't even want to be hanging dead from the fence!! We saved up for a long time to do a trip thru Austria and Bavaria, that was by far the worst experience.

On tour in a camper van and due to thunderstorm we booked very last minute. Despite not knowing any German we were given a very warm welcome. The room was very comfortable. The restaurant and the staff was great with excellent food & beer. Free car park as well. Great place to stay!

Typical local hotel / restaurant. Rooms are simple but clean. Lift available so also great for anyone with mobility issues. Good breakfast included and free car parking. Restaurant serves typical German food plus pizzas. Good value for money.

Easy parking, Lovely Bavarian decor, efficient service for dinner, was suspicious of large menu but totally unfounded. Great food, served in good time and piping hot. Classic Bavarian with seasonal specials, good quality ingredients. Very reasonable price for good quality. Made it a point to personally walk by door to kitchen and thank the Chef. Had kase knodel soup and roast goose - delicious!

Very tasty and exceptionally prepared meals. Wide range of meal offerings. We were a group of 4 that enjoyed soups, main courses and deserts. Everyone was very satisfied with every choice. Very cozy atmosphere with multiligual and very friendly staff.

We had a dinner here. The food was acceptable (but not very “lecker”). The price is a bit lower than the other restaurants nearby. But the old waitress was very rude. A knife fell on my pants when she was collecting the empty plates. This was her mistake. But she didn’t say a word like sorry or Entschuldigung. 😡

The quantity of the food was More than sufficient but the food was not at all tasty. We ordered snitzel, Pommes and penne Bolognese. The entire food was cold, don’t know if it was freshly made or… It is waste of money for tasteless and cold food. We had to leave most of the food.

We were more than satisfied with the beautiful ambience around the hotel. I would particularly like to mention the hospitality. It usually only becomes apparent when there are problems how far the friendliness extends.

I don't even give as many stars as I would like. I love local hotels, but I always want modernity and a high standard. Many wishes at once, but here they were fulfilled.
New opening in 2020, warm welcome, great rooms, service 1 A. Every wish was fulfilled.
Breakfast was perfect. During the day always drinks on site. Enough restaurants in town for the evening.
Enough parking spaces, also for e-cars.
