This is a nice hotel. It's traditionally furnished but everything is new and super clean. The restaurant is excellent. Breakfast was small but good and included. The staff is super friendly.

Unfortunately for us the staff failed to warn us when we checked in to our 2 rooms that there was a wedding reception at the hotel on Saturday evening and to expect disruption and extreme noise until 1 am. The next morning the owner was very unsympathetic, admitted the live band was much louder than normal but then became very reluctant to offer a sincere apology. Despite its attractive appearance and location we would never stay here again or recommend to anyone else. Harsh but truthful words and should come as no surprise to the owner.

I was looking for a hotel in farm to stay, at the end I came to this place by just knocking at the door at nearly 8pm without any booking
A far more than expected appointment room was offered . It’s suitable for family, has everything you need and great view from the balcony
The staff were all so kind . I could not speak German but we communicated well with Google translate :D
Food was very local , wide cake selections in the afternoon. Beer were good ( of course)
Location is about 1hour to Munich airport; 50min to Wieschurch, further 30min to Neuschwabstein. 1 hour drive can reach Austria, and within a hour to Zugspitze cable car station
Wonderful Bavarian style hotel experience . Strongly recommend

I really do not like to give such a low rating.
BUT. If it shows on many of the signs that you are closed on Monday and we arrive (from a considerable distance) on a Tuesday and you are CLOSED then this shows a total disregard for us. “Your customers”. Your “bread and butter” ! There was no apology from you when you answered the door. ? Just shrugged your shoulders. Never again. I would advise people thinking of going there to call ahead to be sure they are open. The place itself looks quite nice with a good layout. But….

A wonderful place to stay with very good restaurant. Family apartments are amazing and have everything you need. Good base to explore Bavaria.
