Meinl Hotel & Restaurant

CERTAINLY NOT A 4 STAR !!!

The location is rural and the whole of the arable in the Hotel with cabbage places covered - disturbed by the intense smell.

In the 4 !!! Star Hotel is a small Lift that is not really trustworthy. The lights of the push buttons partially defective.

The hallway to the rooms should urgently be renovated - anywhere harmful traces.

Our room was spacious. That was the only Positive. The mattress my wife ok, located on my page.

What was in our opinion an impertinence, was the bathroom. It will be shown in the comments of the hotelier as a desired style, exudes the charm of the 70/80s.
Fact :
NO ceiling light by the Reflection of the light bar at the mirror you can see.
The wood veneer chipped in the bathroom and even on the tray in front of the mirror
Both the faucet in the shower and the wash basin were extremely difficult to move simply because of age. This has nothing to do with the charm - this is completely out of date.
Our room went to the street and it was very noisy due to the traffic.

Our food in the Restaurant was moderate. The corn fed chicken was in the skin comfortable cross, but the meat was dry. The Supplement to the grotto was pasta bad. In a small bowl of cold fast and easily from the bag into the water in the bowl. The should then be eaten dry?
The small vegetable side dish, unfortunately, was not any better. Which is why I have both not eaten. The operation was not smart enough to ask for our pleasure in the meal, you saw it Yes.
On the second evening, we have avoided the Restaurant, but wanted to take a Drink in the Bar. You don't make the better.
The Caipirinhas were filled hands, the alcohol content Zero additional. In the 20 minutes in the Bar were constantly placed glasses on the Bar and the dishwasher filled. To sell an imposition of a part of the kitchen area as a bar.

The hotel and the Restaurant were our opinion - we are travelling to earn, and also stay very much - BARELY 3 STAR!

Wedding celebration with two nights in the Hotel Meinel.
The staff was fast and works properly. The wedding ceremony was great. Unfortunately, there were some points of criticism which my wife and I at the time of departure the front Desk deliveries (2 A4 pages). The Management has written to us a letter, and us a part of the cost refunded. Unfortunately, we cannot give the total picture of a four-star hotel, but still only two stars.
