The room was nice. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. What stood out was the girl working the reception desk. She was an ABSOLUTE GEM. She was polite and SO kind. While everything else was good, she was GREAT. I'd return to this hotel JUST because of how lovely she was toward us.

A very nice hotel, ideal for a family vacation. We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment. The beds are very comfortable! The apartment offers everything you need, but don't expect luxurious furnishings. The biggest asset is the playground, with tree houses, go-carts, and a foosball table. We didn't have breakfast, but there are plenty of bakeries nearby. The charming center of Zirndorf is within walking distance, where you'll find delicious restaurants for dinner. Ideal for a family vacation, the decor at Hotel Knorz invites you to play!

Loved my stay here! Room was great! Bed was super comfortable, shower was outstanding and room offered everything I needed. It was beyond clean! Squeaky clean in an outstanding way.
Everyone was so nice. Breakfast was fabulous! So many choices. I especially loved the pancake making machine. 😃
Location was quiet and convenient to the city center. Short walk to the train station as well.

On the recommendation of friends, we booked the Hotel Knorz for our visit to Playmobil FunPark. Children are absolutely welcome, and the garden is perfect for the little ones to play and for the parents to relax and meet other parents. We're very happy with this recommendation and will definitely be back.

We had our best hotel stay here so far. Everything was perfect. The family room was large and very clean. I really liked the electric shutters, which you can adjust yourself. The staff was genuinely friendly, making us feel at home. The garden is absolutely beautiful and especially great for children. There's also a huge collection of games you can borrow, and Playmobil sets are also available to rent. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide selection and, above all, high quality. We've already booked our next stay!

AMAZING place to stay with young kids with the amazing garden (but I am probably not the only person raving about the garden / play area).

The morning / breakfast staff were WONDERFUL. Super helpful, friendly and even helping us to some coffee and fruit when we had to stay a bit longer because of family issues.

We stayed at the hotel for a family trip to Playmobil Funpark. The rooms are very nice and comfortable, the family rooms are flats where you even have a small kitchen and living room. The bathroom is small but has everything you need (I would only add a little more light). The beds are comfortable and spacious, the bunk beds are very safe.
The breakfast is very good and with healthy options.
It is perfect to go with children because it has an area with lots of games: sandbox, tree houses, cars, castle to play, everything. The kids didn't want to leave.
The staff was very friendly and made an effort to make us understand each other in different languages. We went with the grandparents who only spoke Spanish. At breakfast there is an Italian girl who helped us a lot, thank you very much!
It is close to the Playmobil park, you can walk there (20 min) but we went by car so as not to return with tired children (5 min), the parking of the park is only 5€ for the whole day.
I recommend the hotel and will go again when I return to the area.

A beautiful, modern, small but very clean hotel in a great location for a trip to the playmobil park. Very quiet surroundings with free parking and a fantastically garden with activities for kids. Very friendly and helpful staff! Renting playmobil set is also a positive like for children. For my taste a somewhat modest breakfast but quite ok. The only little thing that was a bit unusual ( at least for me) was that there was no selfservice tea and coffee at breakfast buffet (otherwise they bring it individually to the table). I also missed eggs. CONS:Breakfast PROS: Everything else!
