We really enjoyed our stay at the ACHAT Hotel Regensburg. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable—perfect for us with a baby. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is ideal for exploring the city, and there are good parking options. The breakfast was delicious and varied. Overall, very good value for money. We would be happy to come back!

A normal hotel. Don't expect anything special. Unfortunately, there was a large hole in the towel and several silverfish in the bathroom. The bar was already closed Friday evening, which is a shame. The food and service were average. But it was perfectly adequate for one night. The location by the lake was lovely. Plenty of free parking.

Good service and environmentally friendly

This is a newly opened hotel with relatively new facilities. It's located right by the roadside, about a 20-minute drive from Dahao Plaza in the city center. Breakfast is a buffet with a decent variety, and parking is convenient.

Could be better Evening buffet was overpriced for what it was, and if you forget to bring back the empty bottle of water at check-out you’ll be charged 10,- euro ! Why can’t they just bring it back when they clean the room, which wasn’t to good, no vacuum cleaning for five days. Therevwhere no towels in spa area or drinking water in the gym, and no fridge in the room.

The room was great— spotless and with a gorgeous view. Best of all was the concierge at the desk on the night of our arrival; we really appreciated his generous manner in sticking with his native tongue while still being able to graciously and deftly bridge our relative lack of mastery. Nice hotel. Nice executive level room. But higher floors had weak WiFi. Location was somewhat inconvenient. Also, meals were not available all evenings. And dinner was buffet, and one night fully booked so even room guests were turned away. In retrospect, we should’ve stayed on the other side of the river. It’s a 21 euro cab ride to the train station. You could walk it in 15 min. But dragging our luggage...

Friendly staff. The mattress needs replacing. A thin topper won't help. You should ask reception for a quiet room (at the back of the building). Breakfast is OK. The center is 5 km away by car.

I probably chose the wrong date. The hotel is well located and very easy to reach by public transport. Beautiful hotel on the outskirts of Regensburg. The renovated room features a lovely rain shower. The breakfast is extensive, with both hot and cold dishes.

The hotel is located on the outskirts of town, in a fairly quiet but somewhat run-down area. There are numerous free parking spaces in front of the hotel, but they're usually very full in the evenings, and finding a spot is a matter of luck. This is the perfect hotel if you need longer stay. The room is nice and has a descent kitchen. They also provide a laundry machine you can use for only 2 euros.

Had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Reception staff were very cheerful and helpful and even made a nice compliment about our rental car! The room was spacious and very clean and tidy and quality materials have been used throughout. We only spent here one night midway on our journey. For that purpose, this is a perfect place. The hotel is close to the highway, but it is in a quiet neighbourhood. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was nice, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Room was ok, could do with a little bit more attention to cleaning especially in the bathroom. Can't say that in the morning I was made to feel welcome at breakfast time either...but if you don't mind that, the hotel is in a good quiet location.

This is a very good modern hotel. It's in a suburban location about 10 minutes out of Regensburg old town, close to the freeway. It has good size rooms, very quiet, good heaters, good shower, a bar fridge with food in it (rarity in Germany). Very good breakfast in a nice bright room. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall nice hotel, fitness room is not equipped with weights. Cleaning ladies were very rude barged into our room while the do not disturb sign was hanged to make us leave earlier before checkout

The rooms were clean, the breakfast was plentiful, there was parking, and it wasn't far from the stone bridge. The hotel restaurant had good food, and most importantly, there was a kettle, which was very suitable for Chinese people.

Place is kind of isolated facing several construction environments. Uber is available but a little costly and long wait. Walkable to some areas with 15-20mins. No food or restaurant outside of breakfast Service can be a little friendlier though. Smiles are a rare commodity here, just an observation. Definitely not close to a standard Hilton level.

This place is fabulous! The breakfast is absolutely amazing. Everything is clean and new, beds are great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It's in a beautiful spot by the river and is very walkable.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. I love it because it's right off the freeway, next to PM Power Meals, a place with delicious bowls, and it's dog friendly. Last time I checked in my dog got a treat from the reception. How nice. It's an ok place to sleep for a few nights. I don't like that once my toilet was visibly not clean when I entered my room, and that the stuff is easily overwhelmed sometimes...

We had a great experience at Dock. The staff were super friendly and helpful. There are two good restaurants in walking distance. The hotel has a charging station, but the one stall was already in use,so we could not use it. But there is a Q8 supercharger in 7 minutes walking distance, so it was not a big problem. In case you come with an electric car, you can book the charging station .

I stayed here for 10 days (business purpose) and was the best choise. The rooms are big and very clean. The staff is friendly and can help you with any information you need. The breakfast is delicious and you can find a variety of choices. The city center is not so far (20 minutes walk) and you have a bus station 50 meters from the hotel.

Wait until construction is done The hotel is under renovation and there were wires hanging from the ceiling. Carpets torn up, new doors and construction equipment around the lobby and corridors to your room. It was loud very early in the morning due to construction work outside our windows.

Rooms were clean and well maintained, staff friendly and attentive for both hotel and restaurant. They were in the middle of an electrical referb so all the corridors were filled with protective carpeting, hanging wires and workers. Rooms could do with AC, it got warm and humid.

Absolutely amazing hotel. Each employee takes pride in their work - rooms are comfortable and clean, receiption is quick and friendly (Lily), food tastes great and service is quick and polite. They have tons of parking spaces and pricing is not that bad.

Very nice hotel! Amazing pool and sauna! Clean and nice definitely recommend. In regards with the food i had a bad experience. Gordon bleu was burned and very greasy. Potatoes were overcooked and not even drained properly of oil quality not to good.
