Overall nice hotel, fitness room is not equipped with weights. Cleaning ladies were very rude barged into our room while the do not disturb sign was hanged to make us leave earlier before checkout

The rooms were clean, the breakfast was plentiful, there was parking, and it wasn't far from the stone bridge. The hotel restaurant had good food, and most importantly, there was a kettle, which was very suitable for Chinese people.

Friendly staff. The mattress needs replacing. A thin topper won't help. You should ask reception for a quiet room (at the back of the building). Breakfast is OK. The center is 5 km away by car.

I spend one night with my young daughter at this hotel. The room is functional and very clean, the underground parking is perfect. The reception staff is nice but lacks common sense and spirit of initiative, I was in disbelief, maybe some training is needed in this area, I left with a bitter taste in my mouth.

A centrally located hotel with direct bus connections to the old town. The old town is a 10-minute walk away. Everything was very clean. 24/7 reception. Convenient online check-in. A normal hotel. Don't expect anything special. Unfortunately, there was a large hole in the towel and several silverfish in the bathroom. The bar was already closed Friday evening, which is a shame. The food and service were average. But it was perfectly adequate for one night. The location by the lake was lovely. Plenty of free parking.

This is a newly opened hotel with relatively new facilities. It's located right by the roadside, about a 20-minute drive from Dahao Plaza in the city center. Breakfast is a buffet with a decent variety, and parking is convenient.

Could be better Evening buffet was overpriced for what it was, and if you forget to bring back the empty bottle of water at check-out you’ll be charged 10,- euro ! Why can’t they just bring it back when they clean the room, which wasn’t to good, no vacuum cleaning for five days. Therevwhere no towels in spa area or drinking water in the gym, and no fridge in the room.

This was the first hotel I stayed at during my trip to Europe. When I arrived, it wasn't check-in time yet, but the staff let us check in early, for which I wanted to express my gratitude. In terms of transportation, it's right next to the train station and within walking distance of the old town, so the location is quite excellent.

The room was great— spotless and with a gorgeous view. Best of all was the concierge at the desk on the night of our arrival; we really appreciated his generous manner in sticking with his native tongue while still being able to graciously and deftly bridge our relative lack of mastery. Nice hotel. Nice executive level room. But higher floors had weak WiFi. Location was somewhat inconvenient. Also, meals were not available all evenings. And dinner was buffet, and one night fully booked so even room guests were turned away. In retrospect, we should’ve stayed on the other side of the river. It’s a 21 euro cab ride to the train station. You could walk it in 15 min. But dragging our luggage...

This was the most satisfying hotel I stayed at during my trip to Germany. The rooms were large and clean, the breakfast was plentiful, the restaurant was like a palace, and the hotel was very beautiful.

This is the perfect hotel if you need longer stay. The room is nice and has a descent kitchen. They also provide a laundry machine you can use for only 2 euros.

We only spent here one night midway on our journey. For that purpose, this is a perfect place. The hotel is close to the highway, but it is in a quiet neighbourhood. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was nice, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

This hotel was the first to which we brought a Navigator, when we needed to sleep in the road. The "Wiendl" is a hotel and attached restaurant nearby the old town of Regensburg. It is family-owned and you really feel the cosy atmosphere when entering the building. Breakfast buffet is German style, but also contains American elements like scrambled eggs and hot bacon. This hotel is a good choice if you travel to and around Regensburg by car, the parking lot is included in room price.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. We visited during the extreme heat wave, so we had to keep the windows open. The biergarten was right below our window and people had loud conversations and laughing until around midnight. I think I would have absolutely loved this hotel if we hadn't been kept up all night and gotten up at 4am to catch a flight. They accidentally charged us for the room twice...
