Negative: The waiters in the restaurant should be trained better. Kevin dropped the utensils on the floor, but still brought them on our table (he didn’t realize that we saw him). When we complained, he was annoyed and made us feel very uncomfortable. He pretended that he changed the utensils, but actually he brought us the same utensils.
We were very disappointed of the service.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well kept, everything I needed for a restful stay. Service was excellent, the staff was friendly and very accommodating, even though I don’t speak the local language, which made things much easier.
Breakfast was a real highlight, great variety and fresh options to start the day right. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely stay here again.
Very comfortable beds, great shower and delicious breakfast. Highly recommend!
